Our Travel Coordinator Mr Tanmoy and Mr Biswajeet were always available over phone to arrange hotels.. cabs..etc It was indeed a memorable trip

When I started looking for a family trip, some of my friends suggested North East. So started searching for travel agents and looked at Travel Triangle. Right from beginning, the people from Travel Triangle helped me in finalising places, hotels etc. Tanmoy and Dipanshu were very helpful right from the plan till execution. * Once landed in Bagdogra airport, Golden Vacation team person (Biswajit) came and welcomed us and briefed the vehicle details and the plan. He followed up till we checked in to Summit Namnang property in Gangtok on that day. * Every day he made sure to call and brief about the places and vehicle, driver etc. * The driver (Madan) who was arranged in Gangtok was an excellent person, he made sure picked to all sightseeing points in the itenary and showed us. * Darjeeling, we were given a different driver, he was not that good as he made us pay all the parking charges, food expenses of his etc. Even though Travel triangle had put in the "inclusions" that parking is covered. He some time skipped some sight seeing places and started telling it is not in the itenary. * Overall the trip was very good and well arranged from Travel Triangle / Gold Vacation Tours and Travels. * Hotels i had selected, which are Summit and they were OK and not that great. We wanted to stay in a Family room, so Summit was the only one which had that kind of rooms for 5 people. This was the first trip towards North East with my family. Discussed with Travel Triangle for more than 1 month before finalising. It was an amazing experience from the beginning to the end of the trip. Drive to Nathula Pass was the memorable experience for all of us. The driver (Madan) was so skilled and was amazing person who made our trip look very easy.

the planning was done very systemically and fortunately didnt have to follow up from the agent- golden vacations were too good. the only scope for improvement is connecting the client with the travel triangle trip advisor. most of the times they seem to be useless..serve no purpose and no advise is given ..all three quotes recieved are not competitive. may be this aspect could be taken care in future scenic beauty of gangtok.....walking ahead of baba mandir

All hotels are very neat and clean rooms are very good and Staff of hotel Gangtok Pillling darjling are very efficient smart and carering but Sundram hotel of Siliguri staff not up to the mark. Hopefully you not provide this Hotel to your future costomers.we fully satisfy all others hotels and Cab staff.I recomend golden vacation tour to others costomers. I had booked a trip to Gangtok, Spelling, Darjeeling during last week of August. received multiple quotes for transport from ages , but chose to go with golden vacations. definitely, a good decision. the agents were very professional in their approach from beginning. I had a good experience with the driver as well who took care to drive very well. the itinerary was also planned by the agents. The driver was knowledgeable about the sightseeing points and told us useful information. Would definitely recommend Golden vacations to my friends who go on a Sikkim/,Darjeeling tour Overall, had 2-3 cars during the course of our 7

This was my first experience with Travel Triangle. They helped me with different quotes for my trip to Darjeeling and Mirik from 12th-15th of August. The suitable among the quotes for me was from Golden Vacations. The travel agents were quite professionals. They were very co-operative and they were in touch with us for the entire trip. We had booked our Hotels+Sightseeing+Transfers with this agency. We were informed by our tour coordinator about the next day plan as well we were provided with Driver information. However, we faced a little problem on Sunday (14th Aug) as we were not prior informed about the driver to be picked up for the sightseeing for the day and also tour coordinator was not available over phone for some time. Later we managed to contact our tour coordinator and everything was settled. We had some room preferences (Mountain View rooms), and the agent did a complete justice to that. We were provided with the best rooms. Also we had very amiable and experienced drivers during our transfer on Day 1 from NJP to Darjeeling and on Day 2 and 3 during local sightseeing and visit to Mirik. Our drivers guided us, provided knowledge regarding the places to visit. However during the returning day, Day 4 we didn’t find our driver as that professional or amiable, also the car condition was not at par. Cordial hotels staffs, their behavior was too nice and professional. We had an amazing stay in Hotel White Yak for 3 nights. They looked into our every need and worked to provide ultimate satisfaction. The most important thing I noticed is every staff would greet you with a warm smile every time you meet them. They provided us with welcome drink when we reached at the hotel. The food quality and taste is very good. We had amazing buffet breakfast every morning. But the hotel is pure veg; it would be a little problem for non veggies. I would suggest the hotel staffs if we can have some non veg food included in the near future. Also I found the food is little costly compared to outside restaurants. The hotel location is good, it is near Mall Road, but reaching to the hotel is little difficult because the cars are not allowed to reach the doorstep of hotel, and they stop to a nearby road from where we need to walk some distance through a steep road, this is a little difficult for the aged people. I would suggest the agency – golden vacations to be in more touch with the customers from few days before the upcoming trip, to make them comfortable and ensure that the complete trip will be taken care by agents. Also would ask to remind the customers over phone about the documents need to be carried when travelling. Overall experience was awesome. We would be looking forward for further association with Travel triangle. Also I would consider Golden vacations and Hotel White Yak for next visit to Darjeeling. We have booked only transport to Golden vacation to trip Bagdogra air port to Gantok and Daarjlleing with our family, all service is very good We are highly recommendable. Thanks with regrds Vikram Jain We have received car with out any delay all spot is on time

We used Golden Vacations agency to book the cab and driver services in darjeeling and Gangtok. The experience has been very good and they were responsive. We were given an itinerary beforehand for all the days. One advice to further improve your service is to prepare a list of recommendations (or travel advisories) for food options beforehand. For e.g. it would have helped if we knew if and where to find good restaurants with vegetarian food on the 5 hour journey from darjeeling to gangtok or during the day excursion to Baba mandir.
