Golden Vacations Tours Travels

I'm very disappointed with this agency. Two out of three hotels did not had our reservations. Luckily our driver was very good and helpful. He helped us get the rooms by coordinating between agency and the hotel staff. Otherwise it would have been very embarrassing situation for us. Also, the room in one of the hotels (in which reservation was not confirmed) was shabby and broken. We somehow managed as the stay was just for the night. We were more than happy to checkout of the hotel the very next morning. This is what the agency were paid for, to make our travel easier and hassle free. If they can't do that properly then it doesn't make sense to go with them again. Really disappointed.

The Golden Vacation travels arranged our Bhutan trip really well. It went very smoothly and as per planned iterenery. They are professionals and have good knowledge of the locations for which they provide services. Special mention of Prakita, our travel agent from Golden Vacation travels who coordinated right from the start and clarified all our doubts on time. The Travel Triangle portal/services were also very good where we can coordinate with different tour operators and also get all the final tickets and vouchers. Very professional and authentic. Thanks again for the memorable Bhutan trip!

Sikkim is a beautiful state with some stellar locations and views. The trip for us this year was made amazingly peaceful and relaxing just because of you guys. The people, hotel, stay and food to bellwether arrangement was done top notch. Thank you guys for making this happen for us :)

I want to thank Travel triangle and Golden Vacations tours for arranging the travel plan for my family. I liked the places, hotels, cab drivers. Specifically I want to thank the hotel staff at Darjeeling (Hotel - Golden Dolma), our first driver Ashish. Hotel at Gangtok (Golden Star continental) needs improvement in terms of quality of rooms. Here washrooms were very bad. However overall staff of this hotel was very nice. Hotel at Lachung (Royal Lachung) was the perfect one. Despite of staff crunch at this remote location, we were given a very good welcome and overall hospitality was very good. Rooms here were really big, nicely decorated & outside view was awesome. Our second driver Biswas was very courteous, who took us from Gangtok to Lachung, Zero point and back to Gangtok. Next day from Gangtok to Tsomgo lake and back (We were unlucky for not getting permit for Baba mandir and Nathula pass). This was my third family holiday plan through travel triangle and would love to plan my holidays again next time through Travel triangle.

Good tour operators. Care required to intimate anyone that if you travel to north Sikkim use vodaphone connection.

I enjoyed the trip very much. Golden Vacation team members Tanmoy, Biswajit, Amit, Pradeep etc was very nice specially our cab driver Chktiz who was with us around 3 days. He was punctual, helping supportive and a nice guy. Hotels was good except in darjeeling where we faced some problem of lighting and washer in washroom but after complaining they changed our room next day. So over all it was a very nice and memorable trip. One memory I remembered when we were about to miss our toy train ride. We had taken tickets of last train which was on 4pm but dur to heavy traffic on roads we were not there on time and missed our train which was departured on time and we were felling so bad that time our driver Chktiz suggested to take the train from next stoppage and helped us to reach there on time as well and we enjoyed the ride. Second memory I remember when we reached late at Pelling in around 7-8 hrs due to construction of roads and as per our itinerary we have to complete sight seeing in the same day and next day we have to move to Gangtok early morning but that we were late for the sight seeing on the same day. That time golden vacation team re scheduled our itinerary and take care that we didnt miss any place.

it was an amazing trip. The day we reached phuntsholing was unfortunately a holiday. Eventhough the travel agency managed it well by taking us to the local site seeing in West Bengal and rescheduled all tue hotels. Bhutan was an amazing experience. The staybat thimphu was not good as expected. but it was average. Overall a memorable Trip and the driver was amazing.

Well, It was my first time over travel Triangle and I must say , Its a good website to connect with genuine travel services around INDIA. I got to introduce with GOLDEN TRAVELS and I must admit that , it was an amazing experience and should really be thank full to GOLDEN Travels in order to arrange all my needs during my tour from DRIVER, to CAR , To activities till going through all the places listed in my itinerary. They even had helped me in customizing my itinerary according to my wish also made sure that my activities like paragliding and rope climbing were also been added in my tour timings. He even help me in adjusting my adventure activities and booked it on behalf of and have made the trip really wonderful. I am glad to be introduce to such person who is reliable and completely trustable. He really made sure that my trip goes memorable. Great experience with Golden Tours - Debendra was very supportive and aavailaable throughout the tour. Pelding our local SPOC for Bhutan was an amaazing host and he tried to cater to each of our requests and guided us all along. I am disappointed in Shivam as he could have interacted more with us and could have been more available on calls.
