The entire trip was hassel free.The drivers were good, ready to help all the time.Golden tours representatives were available for any queries and issues during the trip on WhatsApp. It was a wonderful experience. However, the hotels were all 3 star with good location but the services as per 3 star were disappointing.The dinner and breakfast included by the hotel was strictly OK.Hotel palm in phuentsholing was great 10/10. hotel golden roots, golden resort and spa and kingaling were strictly ok for a 3 star.Kingaling had best view but worst service.They charge for an extra shampoo bottle and they dont have any food menu other than lunch and dinner. hotel palm experience was good.The trip was well planned by golden tours.I loved all the sightseeing.The drivers provided were too good.

I would like to appreciate Mr. Deepak for continous supporting me, not only in making my holiday package but as a supporting friend But Mr. Rakesh - who was my support person, in my opinion, least interested person in doing his job properly. He has not callede single time from their own side during my entire journey. I always called him if I face some issues I think someone should tell him the duty of support person. Rest was good Snow in Gangtok and sun rise in Darjeeling

Our trip was good, except for the hotel rules which asked us to return to hotel early. Hotel Tsheringma, in phuentsholing was very bad, the owner asked us to get out of the hotel on the last night, his behaviour was not at all proffesional. During the dinner, the first 5 members out of 15 started first, after 15 mins when the other 10 members came in, we were told that the chicken curry is finished, cannot get more. When we argued that how can 5 people eat chicken for 15 people, then they gave us more chicken. In the morning some of our members did not get omlete in breakfast stating the same reason. Feedback : overall rating : only 3 star Day 1: pickup done at 12.15pm.the vehicle condition is very bad. Driver is not at all guiding us for sightseeing and for food. He took us to a restaurant where the quality of food is a disaster. Valley vista reaort was provided for us. Where too much smoking smell in the floor where we were provided rooms. Day 2: pick up time was not intimated earlier. Suddenly, The driver came at 7.30 am and stated that he would not pick us if we don't start immediately. Which is very disappointed for us to get ready in the last minute. Later, everything went on good. No nathula pass permit. Vehicle condition is not good. Black smoke came from the silencer, due to which everyone fallen sick. Visited Tsomgo lake and baba mandir. Restaurant in the hotel also not provided sufficient quantity of food/ juice/sweet for 8 mem. They have provided the same quantity of food for 4mem and also 8mem. When we asked for extra,there was no arrangement and inturn told that the juice/sweet/ is over, also shown some displeasure. Day 3: Way to Lachen...vehicle provided without luggage carrier. Lack of communication between transport team and sales person. Vehicle condition is good. Driver passang has good patience and shown sightseeing places.felt comfortable with him. Last minute changes in hotel rooms in hotel blue pine lachen, were done by subham. 4 mem has to share a suit. Even though,its costly room than deluxe room, it was not convenient to 2 couples. However, the cook/receptionist john approached nicely and arranged nice food for the next day too in-time... Breakfast -only bread n jam is provided. Day4: way to lachung... Not visited gurudongmar lake as already v were tired. Started at 1pm.. the hotel receptionist is ok. And even though i have booked for breakfast,lunch,dinner in lachung, the receptionist has told that only dinner and breakfast will be given to us. He told that he confirmed from the travel agency that there would not be lunch for us. Day 5: way to gangtok. Started early as anyway no lunch was provided by the hotel, only breakfast was had by us. Candle light dinner should be provided to us on this day. The hotel people have felt that its an extra work for them. After long discussion,they hav shifted it to the lobbey. However, only 2 candles were put on the table where all the 8 members had to sit together. Nothing extra.not even a piece of sweet. Felt so bad/disgusting. I felt that i have paid 3000 extra for just 2 candles. Not even single table per couple. Day 6: way to bagdogra. Vehicle is in good condition. Driver has dropped us at airport in time. However, he expected some money from us. All the hotels provided only bread n jam in the breakfast. Only valley vista resort, gangtok has provided poori during first 2 days. Overall im not happy with the travel agency. Everytime i have to call either subham/rakesh for the next plan. no proper coordination and plan. I hav to wait till 11pm to know about the next day trip. I am not satisfied with what they gave. They have not provided what they promised. I felt bad among my friends. Visited Tsomgo lake. It was good. I like the View at tsomgo lake and Lachen.

Overall experience was good and we had a memorable and hassle-free trip. However, the hotel Golden roots resort and spa in Paro on Day 3 did not meet the expectations. The rooms were very unclean with spider webs , heaters did not work and we had to sleep in chilling cold. Mr Amarjeet from Golden vacations was non empathetic to our condition and continuously tried convincing us to continue the stay . However, Suraj and Abhishek asked us to cooperat and supported in best possible way by keeping up the promises. Also, we felt some part of Day 3 could have been completed on Day 2 e.g Flora fauna botanical park. Day 1 at Thimpu marketing experience in rain. Day 2 Snow in Dochula Pass Day 3 Suspension bridge experience Day 4 Tigers nest

Thanks to Golden Vacations for organizing a wonderful trip. The hotel (Sang Boutique Hotel & spa) was located within the town which made it convenient to roam around Paro in the evening. It was a really nice hotel with warm and friendly staff who took care of everything. The room was a good one with a balcony overlooking the town. In the morning I got a great view of sunrise over the nearby mountains and at night I could see the National Museum and Rinpung Dzong glowing with its lights. The driver (Tsering) was just awesome. He went the extra step to make sure I was always having a great time. He was always prompt and made sure we stayed on schedule. To me he was the main reason why this trip was so successful. Also thanks to Upasana, Rupa and Bibek and the rest of the Golden Vacations team who answered all my questions and always helped me whenever I asked. I normally don't take the time to write such a long feedback but I wanted to make sure their efforts are acknowledged. Will definitely travel to Bhutan again and try them once more!!

update us well in advance the details of driver. 2.dont change the driver very last moment after providing details and contact number of some anothet driver. This really caused a lot of problem to us. 3. If the client is making some request like v did to provide aux in car try to fulfil that.if not update well in advance that this cant b arranged so v can think of some alternative. Our trip was good only because of one person i.e Dipak. He was the only person who coordinated with us made sure that being a trip of 3 girls we are safe and we reachd safely. He is really helpful and patience guy , who have help me in every aspect of my tour and have coordinated well with me as well as with other service people. I am glad to be introduce to such person who is reliable and completely trustable. He really made sure that my trip goes memorable.. He will make sure all your needs and care.He was the only person who made sure that the trip who coordinated with drivers and made sure we cover as much places as mentioned in itenary.He was the person who coordinated with hotel for our all requirements and requests. I would recommend everyone who really wants to enjoy their trip hassle free and carefree as they take care of everything. We had a great trip. Starting from Darjeeling got good hotels per itinerary. Though there were some last minute hiccups, situation was handled wisely by Upashna from Golden Vacation. Trip to Bhutan was wonderful with the driver guide Santosh Manual knowing in and out made our journey a memorable one. Would like to recommend more friends on this. thank you We had a great trip. The trip was good enough. The sikkim tour was much likely awesome. Don't buy the package without getting the information of places included in the package as the touring agent can skip the places after giving reasons as if there is snow or something. If this is the thing, they shall intimate us before buying that package.

When I was initially planning the trip and negotiating with the Agent of Golden Vacation- Debendra..he said that don't worry sir your trip would go hassle free and just have confidence on us..at the start i dint believe but by the end of the trip thats how exactly the trip spanned out to be..really excellent organization of the trip..the hotels were good. The food was adequate in taste though not excellent..the driver -Sonam was awesome and he throughly made the trip enjoyable and safe. The Tiger's nest was planned to be visitedthe last so that we can customised to the local conditions of height and oxygen and thoroughly enjoy the scenic trek to the top. driver was very accommodating and did not persuade us to visit any particular restaurant for lunch and letters letters choose our own so that we enjoy the local dishes..and he acted as our guide too sometimes. the room at Paro was excellent with a view of tiger's nest right from our balcony. Overall the trip was very excellent organized and well enjoyed. of course no trip can be 100% perfect..so one issue which i can point out so that they can improve is the dinner Indian food provided.they was not that good at Punakha and Paro.. at Thimpu it was excellent Overall. I recommend Golden vacation for Bhutan trips..as they are very well organized and provide good accomodation and driver The 8 hour trip to Tiger's nest was the highlight-A must do
