Overall experience was good. Drivers and car allocated were good and on time. The travel agent was all time available. We had stayed in two hotels.. first was Park Regis Hotel. It was very good a...
nd all the services were quiet prompt and we enjoyed our stay here.Next we stayed in Alam Puisi Villa. The villa room is very good. Kitchen service is good. But with regards to bathroom service its a huge NO. There was no hot water available. Towels were unclean. Villa has to improve its service.

The car driver allotted was not giving correct information about the places as he is also a guide to the tour. The Holidays Hoppers service was not up to the mark as they were suppose to provide ...
all the information and vouchers for the trip before the trip begins and after reaching the place they gave all cheapest tickets which doesn't includes the visit of the place totally. I was not contacted by travel triangle or Holiday hoppers atleast once in a day and asked about the trip experience. I felt it is better to plan on my own.

Vouchers as customer expected I told him clearly we used to give that 3 days before the departure but customer was very demanding .. and not ready to understand. He said I wont do the remaining payment by that time I still said ok.. We gave him the best of the services but deliberately he write all this to harm our image.. We send many customer to bali and we havent get any bad feedback till date on services.. Hence i request you to kindly consider the same,
