TravelTriangle is not an agent but online marketplace bringing up multiple specialized & trusted travel agents(working online/offline) and travelers on a single platform. Our agents are specialized in booking flights, hotels and tours at attractive prices. Through TravelTriangle, one can choose from available trips, customize these trips or even request a new trip as per own need. TravelTriangle brings maximum value to your money and do care for your comfort.
TravelTriangle is a one-stop platform/marketplace for planning and booking a holiday package. We empower travelers to compare multiple quotes from multiple travel agents, and further customize the trip as per the traveler's preferences. The other travel portals typically provide standard package where the option of customization is limited.
We go through scrutinized process to select and register agents on our site. Our agents offers great price keeping quality intact. We also do keep regular checks on them to be sure about if they are not compromising on their quality.
You need to sign up on TravelTriangle to track your requested trip online. Whenever an agent posted a quote against your requested trip, you will receive an email notification. You can look at the quote details and can post a comment on it in case you need any more information or need to customize something that is mentioned in the quote.
You can directly pay on TravelTriangle through debit cards, credit cards, net banking, NEFT Transfer. Usually Internet Bank Transfer is the cheapest for the traveler, as for all the other means, banks and payment gateway providers charge a percentage which has to be borne by the customer.
Once you make the NEFT transfer to the account, please sent us a screen shot of the receipt that you will receive from the bank, and we'll get you the ticket in 2-3 hours. An advanced invoice can also be sent to you on your request in this case. For account details, you can click 'Payment Procedure' button that will be present on your requested trip page.
Log on to our website, visit the dashboard and you will see an option of 'Active Trips'. Go to that option, click on 'Cancel Request' and your booking will be cancelled.
TravelTriangle ensures that it delivers great customer experience. However, there may arise cases where dissatisfaction is expressed for our offerings in terms of products and services. We have a very liberal cancellation policy as following:
TravelTriangle or its affiliate partners will not be liable for any Visa rejections and Hotel cancellation policies would still stand as they are
No cancellation service fee if the payment has not been processed.
If the cancellation of trip is done post the payment of booking amount, then the amount to be refunded is calculated as below:
Travel Triangle will charge Rs.2000 as cancellation service fee from the booking amount paid per person across destinations* over and above any cancellation charges levied by the agent.
Cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy of the agent will also hold good.
*For Sri Lanka & Turkey, Travel Triangle will charge $20 per person as cancellation service
All refunds are processed within 21 days to the traveler from the day of cancellation of the trip.

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card on traveltriangle.com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by buyers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online transactions safer.
The EMI option is available on your Credit Card payment. You can avail this option if you hold a valid credit card from any of the following banks - ICICI, AXIS, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Citibank, Indusland Bank, Kotak Bank or Ratnakar Bank.
