Hotel Contracting

Product Planning, Contracting & Portfolio Management Proactively plan, develop, own and manage destinations through the product lifecycle while remaining in line with business timescales Negotiate contract rates and terms: hotels, DMC’s, cruise lines and special offers Manage and maintain vendor relationships and assist with vendor performance management Manage product pricing and set costs, by analyzing historic performance, market influences and budget requirements; define assumptions and propose selling prices Closely monitor sales against budget and pace by using available data sources and reports Continuously develop recommendations and implement initiatives that improve product P&L Provide training for sales and operations staff on products and destinations

End to end P&L and strategic ownership of your categories in the holiday business at TravelTriangle.com a. Ensure growth and profitability of your category b. Develop a comprehensive understanding of your customer market, needs and behavior to ensure that TravelTriangle.com has a ready strategy to keep driving growth & profitability in the category c. Focus on developing the right expert partner base to provide high degree of value to customers d. Evaluate end to end supply chains and develop strategies to ensure TravelTriangle.com is able to offer best possible experience to its travelers e. Groom your team continuously to create a superior execution engine f. Ensure all goals of all key category metrics are being consistently met g. Enable 6-12M strategic planning in your category Conceptualize, plan and execute strategic initiatives which enhances customer experience across the customer lifecycle Own end-to-end impact delivery of projects – including ideation, problem solving, developing execution plan, implementation and process stabilization Partner with relevant stakeholders (Product, Technology, Marketing, Contracting, Finance, Operations etc.) to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver project outcomes which positively impacts your category Regularly analyze external market trends, internal metrics and competitor strategies to generate business insights and enable gap analysis. React Native Developer

You’ll be working closely with the Product, Design and Backend teams, on everything from new features to maintaining existing features and experiences, to continuous improvements with optimizations and experiments. You must also take initiative with project ideas and goals. Ideally we are looking for someone who might have expertise in mobile development, specifically in React Native and good to have knowledge of React development. We are open to grooming your experience here if it is the right fit technically and culturally, but having experience in developing mobile applications is a positive as there are ample opportunities to showcase your expertise and lead. If you are excited to show us yourtechnical chops in React Native development you will enjoy being part of a small team who is ready towork on new and exciting products while maintaining best practices. Work closely with product, design and backend team to define tech solutioning and enable product delivery in right / long term manner. Build re-usable Android/iOS components in React Native. Monitor the performance on both code and experience level. Evaluate new mobile methodologies and technologies. Collaborate with QA on continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) as well as other automated and manual testing to make sure our app releases are always worthy of five star ratings. Provide product ideas and suggestions as well as provide help to experiments new ideas and suggestions in fail-fast manner Participate actively in design discussions and defining the long term architecture of the system. As Senior Software Engineers, you are expected to work independently and solve technical problems with minimum supervision.

React JS Developer

Write good quality software with thorough unit tests and high code coverage. Take complete ownership of customer facing modules of TravelTriangle product stack right from development stage to de- ployment and post release maintenance. Work closely with engineering managers for timely delivery of product features and engineering tasks. Participate actively in design discussions and defining the long term architecture of the system.

Analytics - Data Scientist

You’ll solve the business complex problem through statistical models and heuristics to predict, optimize, and guide various aspects of our business. You’ll design, implement, and iterate through statistical experiments to incrementally maximize company profit. Extract and consume data from our live systems to build and understand user profiles and behavior You will have to break down stakeholder business problems into quantifiable metrics and insights that make sense to them. You’ll bring programming and experimental design experience, coupled with effective problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities. You’ll bring executional expertise in some of these methods: Regression, Decision Trees, XG Boost, Boosting, Evolutionary Programming, Neural Networks, Singular Value Decomposition, Principal Component Decision tree, Bayesian Networks etc. You possess mastery and finesse in some of these applications: Collaborative Filtering, Personalisation, Consumer Segmentation, Text Analytics, Information Retrieval and Search Relevance, Voice to text etc. Have prior experience of deploying the models on machines from the scalability and Real-time perspective, be able to train the same in Travel Triangle Team
