ouseboat at allepy. Smelly room and bathroom of boat. Lizard in room. No room freshener. Food quality was poor. Boat moved just 2:30- 5:00 PM and it stopped. Boat did not move even in morning. It was very bad and boring experience in Houseboat. So think before getting into houseboat provided by Amazing travelling. Althogh candel light dinner, flower bed decoration and honeymoon cake was included in itinerary, but i had to ask boat staff to provide so. At the end they provided all these but only for the name sake and nothing exciting. Most bad experience was at last day. I had to wait at Kochi hotel reception for more than 2 hours for check in becase Amazing travels had not paid rent for hotel booking. I personnaly coordinated a lot with Amazing traveling to pay to the hotel so that i can check in. Overall not good experience in terms with Service provided by Amazing travelling.

ovide a better service but which is in vain. They promised for a cake, candle light dinner and floral decoration, but in reality its was Palm Cake, 2" candle which lasts max for 4-5 mins and floral decoration is just ok. I have called my package associate for the change request but response was not at all satisfactory and to big surprise Travel Triangle guy just mentioned that it was not his job and he is only there to show us the packages they have. Resorts and Hotels ambiance and service is same to anyone who booked through their website or any other portal so that was not a great stuff to talk about. I personally recommend to get pics of all rooms mainly house boat before confirming the package.Last but not least, the driver(Sudheer) provided by Amazing travels was just awesome, very well known of all the places, well guided us and very co-operative. I recommend to pick him if you have a chance.

s really disgusting. The boat has many lezzards. We hv really suffered in houseboat.. We wanted to just finished the houseboat tour.. Also the food was not good. Also the arrangement in houseboat.. The good point is first 3days of trip.. Also the car driver is good, supportive and polite..

we have not taken for sight seen spent full day in hotel room, I have to ask for refund for the one day, travel agent arrangements are gud but the cab person had lot of issues do no wat is the reason finally we got effected, please change Ur cab & drive link...
