The resort they gave was excellent but was away from the mall road. At Raniket it was away from city. We had severe headache but no medical shop nearby. We cant go after 7pm as the hill is very narrow and small and its risk the driver said. The trip should be given according to nearest location. We went to Raniket first and Kausani afterwards, but to go to jimcorbett we have to pass again thru Raniket which was a hectic travel of 3 hrs per day. I request you to give the location as per exact route so that we don't have to travel lot. Truly speaking traveling per day for more that 4 hrs for one location was miserable.

The travel agent(Nikita) didn't respond properly and we have to.go through her manager for getting any queries cleared. Over all the trip was good except too much of travel. View from kausani best inn was excellent.

So much confusion in first hotel which given in nainital, disnt get breakfast on time in nanital den last minute hotel change in kausani...... so basically i am not happy with the service given by trip advisor

As promised by Travel Agent.. - Hotels and respective staffs were good - Mr. Sunil our cab driver was very cooperative & very professional. - staffs of boat house were very good. - all over, our trip was arranged very well. - Spice Garden (very informative) - Elephant ride & martial arts show - House Boat

It was a good experience....agent Trip Sailer were very good, cab driver was good and polite, their staff were very nice. Hotel Swiss Cottage and Hotel Royal Rossett both were good but services, food and hygiene was great at Royal Rosette. At Hotel Swiss Cottage dinner was without the chapati, rice, vegetable in the menu.

it was good. nice hotel was arranged. but the driver who had taken us to munnar was not good. he was not interested to show us the sight seen. he just want to finish the trip by showing one or two place.. he was in a very ....remaining all arrangement was good ..only that driver spoil our munnar trip.

Booking through Traveltriangle was first and foremost very easy. I didn't have to worry about anything at all. From selecting the location, accommodation and Food, I had guidance at every step. Our agent Prabha at Trip Sailor also made sure my parents had the best trip of their life!!! The driver sent was very humble and well known about all the locations. The train that was supposed to bring my parents got delayed, yet TripSailor agreed to continue the Cab Service for my parents without any extra charges.

They did not consider aspects like sun, temperature etc while planning the trip and quote accordingly. Had to travel in very hot sun with 3yrs kid without AC though I paid for AC. When asked they said they did not include AC in ghats in the quote. Mr Sony has confirmed it in his call that they did not include for AC in ghats which is 6+hrs drive in scotching heat. Horrible response and service. They quoted low just to win the deal but not to provide service expecting return customers.

Overall good. Our agreement was for 27 seater bus with TV but at last minute we got 22 seater with no TV. Bus was good. Also hotel in Kausani was not good. Hotel room and their food was pathetic. Else all other hotels were excellent. 1. Spotted tiger in Jim Corbett 2. Sun rise in Kausani 3. Golu Chitai temple 4. Nainital ❤️

Travel Triangle is a good platform to negotiate with the trip agents and compare and obtain the best quote. Their after sale service is also well coordinated with best use of technology. Corbett was the best part of my trip with a tiger sighting just about in time when the safari was about to end.

tripseller service is not good they didn't pick our phone at the time of issue in chandigarrh plz make sure this issue will not carry on to the other customer and out of 3 two hotels are below average only lotus in manali is good drivers service is good nd we enjoy lot at madhi and kufri

All hotels good but housebout not good.. very bad experience

Trip Sailor organised by trip as per my expectations. The driver was a driver cum guide. He was excellent at his job and very friendly. Thanks for all the help you guys gave me to plan this trip. The resort at Jim Corbett was amazing. My kidoo was delighted with the experience.

Hotel room is in very good condition, awesome views from room. Other services of hotel are good. Cab drivers are nice and corporative. Travel agent is very corporative. Over all good journey.

Everything was Excellent not a single point where the hassle arise, except Cab Co-ordinate as the person left in middle in one place without informing and driver changed and delayed time without information. Overall trip and service related to package and customization services they provided was unbelievable, Very very great services provided. Thanks Trip Sailor. Will definitely avail your services.
