Over all Quality was ok but changing hotels after quote was accepted or first payment was made. Had hotel quality issues in Munnar and Kovallam.

Every thing is good. But hotel in darjeeling was not good

I have recently booked Nainital- Kousani- Raniket trip with Trip Sailor#prabha team (booking ID 4314648). It was a family trip of 13 people. However, I feel embarassed for the arrangement and travel itinerary prepared by Trip Sailor. Moreover, it is very disgusting that any one (either Trip Sailor : +918826890887 or Mr. Mohd Amee 7289973910) didn't pick up the call when I needed them. The conserns are as follows, 1) Travel itinerary was wrongly guided and suggested. We trusted Trip Sailor but they misguided us in terms of hotel booking as well as quality of hotel. Profit is everything for them. 3)We request to stay at Raniket. But Trip Sailor gave us the hotel Parijat Retreat which is arround 34 km far from Raniket. The hotel room was very bad and in very remote location. Bad smells are coming from bed as well as blankets. 4) I have repeatedly told Prabha ji to provide good quality car service. However, the car (Innova) was very old and seats were broken. Above all the good thing is that we met a very nice driver Bipin Ji. I will never ever book with Trip Sailor. It was a good trip from trip sailor. Everything they provided as they committed. Resort and House boat in Munnar and Alleppy everything was good.

Hotel- lotus inn river view Hotel stay was the best part. Absolutely worth each buck. The cleanliness, the view from the balcony, staff professionalism,the food, you name it. Extremely Delighted. The cab was not upto par for the long journey. AC was ineffective for most part when required. Driving was overall good. Had to pay extra for some sightseeings which was way too much, but didn't have much of an option.it was a mistake on my part not to consult with the travel agent at that point in time, which I concede. Agent was unresponsive at times. Got delayed replies on some of the messages. But eventually got my basic request fulfilled.Got me discounts on the payments as per my needs. The hotel stay, paragliding at kullu.

first time planning a trip and I was very happy with tripsailer Agen they made everything easy for me and thanks for the travel traingle team, we family enjoyed the trip

Hotel Apline Hilden was a disappointment. It was 1km down the road and reaching there was a difficult task . Hotel White stone resort was a spectacular experience. Nice experience there . Food served overall good . Cab service and driver Mr. Avatar Sing was a nice man and overall journey was good. Kufri and Gulaba are the best memories. Suggestions is to improve the hotel selection in Shimla.

Trip was great, albeit hectic as we covered 8 places in 10 days. So almost packing each day. Covered almost all places we planned. 6vout of the 8 hotels were great. Foods served at hotels were great in taste. Driver and cab were good. Pricing were competitive. The only concern is that neither TravelTriangle nor TripSailor could provide expert suggestions on trip plan optimisation, this should be taken care of to increase the overall customer satisfaction. Rudradhari Trek, Views from Munsyari, Musk deer Zoo, Binsar Ecocamp experience.
