I have planned For Auli Uttrakhand destination for 9 people. 2 Cars assigned by agents. Hotel & food mets expectation. There were too much time taking response from the agent. Mistake made in flight ticket booking which was not sorted properly. Too much confusion created by agent during entire time for one or other reason. one car driver was really good but other was not at all co-operative , one day he just walked out without intimating any thing with unreachable phone & later said he was went in search of diesel as it is not available nearby. Stay and food options provided were good. It would be good if you understand peoples feeling about Trip , money & time investment

Trip could have been arranged in better way. Everywhere I have to take initiative for tourist places. Transport guy was not instructed properly and communication was not clear. I have already instructed to arrange rohtang pass snow point permit which I agreed to pay extra; still it was not arranged due to which I have to pay 3000₹ extra to local tourist cab. Charges for the package was high which is 40000 and trip was not worth the amount charge. Overall I am not going to book with this tourist company again. Self arranged rohtang pass snow point trip..

Overall was a pleasant experience. Breakfast in hotel was okay.However, dinner was good. Plan the trip based on travel time to initial destination and places on the way to the initial destination. Please arrange cab drivers who are not first timers and are aware of the routes.

Gangtok trip was very good. Hotel in Darjeeling was not at all good so we had to change the hotel.

Cab, driver and his services were good. In spite of filling online the number & age of all four guests (me, my parents and my 10Y daughter), they booked for only one standard hotel room (I had asked for a family suit) at hotel Royal Rosette, Nainital. The provided contact numbers/person either didn’t pick up call or they told it’ll take 10-15 min before they can even receive a call since the person hasn’t yet reached the office. Ultimately they picked the phone. We had to wait in the hotel lobby for about an hour before they corrected the mistake and arranged us a family suit at Royal Rosette, Nainital. The second hotel at Ranikhet (Parijat Retreat) provided WiFi connection but it’s signals were not coming in our room. The hotel has three floors and their router is kept at the lowermost. Also, the hotel has a poorly maintained small badminton court and one of the rackets provided was broken with shaky joint. We liked most the boating in Naini lake in cool breeze and subsequent visit to Naina Devi temple. Visit to Golf course and Chaubatia garden were memorable. Collected few plants like scented Geranium from the nursery at Chaubatiya which were quite cheap (just ₹20 per plant).

Over all Quality was ok but changing hotels after quote was accepted or first payment was made. Had hotel quality issues in Munnar and Kovallam.

Every thing is good. But hotel in darjeeling was not good

I have recently booked Nainital- Kousani- Raniket trip with Trip Sailor#prabha team (booking ID 4314648). It was a family trip of 13 people. However, I feel embarassed for the arrangement and travel itinerary prepared by Trip Sailor. Moreover, it is very disgusting that any one (either Trip Sailor : +918826890887 or Mr. Mohd Amee 7289973910) didn't pick up the call when I needed them. The conserns are as follows, 1) Travel itinerary was wrongly guided and suggested. We trusted Trip Sailor but they misguided us in terms of hotel booking as well as quality of hotel. Profit is everything for them. 3)We request to stay at Raniket. But Trip Sailor gave us the hotel Parijat Retreat which is arround 34 km far from Raniket. The hotel room was very bad and in very remote location. Bad smells are coming from bed as well as blankets. 4) I have repeatedly told Prabha ji to provide good quality car service. However, the car (Innova) was very old and seats were broken. Above all the good thing is that we met a very nice driver Bipin Ji. I will never ever book with Trip Sailor. Above all the good thing is that we met a very nice driver Bipin Ji.
