During trip travel agent was not picking up the calls, The honeymoon inclusions was not provided. we had a discussion with hotel staff they people said that they dont have email confirmation from agent side at the same tym agen didn't pick up the call. At last after a huge discussion hotel staff provide the honeymoon inclusions. But this thing totally making my mood off. surprise to my wife was spoiled Hotel staff was polite. Cab driver also very good.

My trip was overall good. For the first day on Saturday there was issues with the payments and driver and the agent (Dimple Malik) hasn't responded to my calls and msgs many times and I was so so upset but later on Monday she resolved the matters and the trip was overall good. Driver was very experienced and well versed with the conditions there in Shimla n Manali. He is a very good driver but not a good guide.

Hotel president is good, other hotel in Shimla was really bad. I really had worst experience with travel triangle agent.. He booked morning flight for my wife and evening flight for me. We thought our flights are in the evening and went to airport and by seeing our tickets we got shocked, we called agent and explained situation, but they helped... Finally I have booked flight tickets by own.... It was really unpleasant experience Hotel president is good, rontang pas is good, Shimla activities are good

Overall a good trip to nainital, kausani, ranikhet and jimcorbett national park. A little disappointed towards jim corbett park's safari . Otherwise, the coordination with the travel agent was fantastic and specially the driver (Neeraj ji) , a very friendly driver, made our trip memorable.

Overall trip was good. The driver that we got on 13-16 th was the best and 17-18th driver was the worst. Only because we were guys their didnt arise any more issues but if it was a family trip than would has complained the same to the agents. Gurudongmar lake visit

I really wish I could have written a positive feedback for you. The start was good, everything worked as per the planning as per the expectations. Firstly, I didn't realize there would be no coordination between Hotel and the Travel Agency. There was some difference between what we were promised and what we received. There were lot of places that needed to be covered but due to lack of communication between the transport team and booking agency they misunderstood us and blamed us for everything. At the end of the journey, I was really surprised by the inhuman nature of driver and cab coordinator. I had my female friend with me and I asked for a single drop for her and clearly mentioned that please drop her at a distance which was just 15 mins away from my pick up location. I would go on my own and there is no need to go to my location. But they denied this rudely. The cab Coordinator said "It's your problem, deal with it". We were charged high for everything but that wasn't an issue at all, the issue was inhuman behaviour and the way they talked. It was not expected at all. I paid night allowance as well to the driver even if we reached well within time and we had to pay that extra amount as a night allowance. That too I didn't deny I paid everything they asked without any negotiation. But I was not happy at all by the inhuman nature of cab coordinator. He was good initially but at the end he turned out to be hostile towards us. Finally I had to take another cab for her at 1 AM. I want you to at least warn such people who don't treat humans as humans. Positives: The Resort was at an amazing Location, food quality was superb. Hotel staff service was good. The behaviour was polite. Overall it was awesome place to stay. Rafting in Rishikesh, cliff jumping in Rishikesh

Nikita is the best Trip planner, she made sure that we get everything just as promised. Throughout the trip, she responded well whenever there were any issues regarding driver and car. Nikita, u did excellent job. Thanks a lot for more than a trip planner for us.

Itinerary was not proper, in order to fill the places many places were added, travel agent should know the route, last day we were already in Jim Corbet but the intinrary includes apple garden, Raniketh, golf club and all. Driver said it's impossible to cover those places and leaving you to the airport so last day we went for safari and we were dropped to the Delhi airport. it was total waste in that day. I didn't create any scene since it was our last day and so I need to end the trip with happy mode. and the cab driver was punjabi he was driving rash and also he use to play the punjabi songs all the time .. he had the collection of 100 punjabi songs and every day he use to play the same. almost 5 to 6 times we have listened the same song through out the trip. we enjoyed only Nainithal, Bhimthal and Jim Corbet. advice: please do not fill many places in itirenary for the sake for numbers, check the route and time before adding places. now and feeling that I paid lot of money for this trip for only few places. it's a lesson for me to book and trip and execute it. good part was, they created the what's app group and they helping me countinously to check what is required for me and what is going wrong. they arranged a cake for my wedding anniversary in Jim Corbet, it was cherishing. thank you.
