Good experience with travel triangle good hotels and service willing to give 5 stars but will give 4 as the last hotel in ranikhet was far away from ranikhet around 12 km away also the heating system in hotel was not as par of requirements. Other wise it was nice experience. Morning in ranikhet which was -4 degrees very chilling experience

Hotel quality was extremly bad

The overall trip was amazing, but the quality and type of hotels provided were not that good ... At some we didn't even get hot water to take bath even when it was so cold.

Kindly improve home service and I really appreciate cab driver service Solang belly....water rafting

Cab service is very bad he charge us extra money for his own delay of 4 hrs

I had nice trip, but only Hotel at Jaisalmer, Nirmal Haveli had par below expectation service, Hot water not available. No room service, Unhygienic Restaurant and it's Kitchen. Courteous soft spoken Driver, but less informative. Was only a driver but not guide as said in the itinerary.

We had a memorable trip!! The assistance from travel triangle team and the agents are quite appreciable.

Overall the trip was good. But was disappointed as the driver could not guide us as a guide .it seems he was not very familiar with the location.In our case-Nainital.Wanted a guide cum drive who could assist us in sight seeing. Very few sight seeing points covered. The Cab was very dirty.Completely filled with Mud and dirt when it picked us up. On our request the driver cleaned the cab the next day.

Driver should be used to with the places.. roads and sight seeing... We were told that driver himself will be our guide... But in our case.. We guided him..he should be expert and young. Otherwise everything was fine

Very nice package provided. The hotels were of good standard and also provided good food.

Hotel services are bad and very costly Specially geysers are not working

Hotel was avarage. Rooms are absolutely small for family. Bed is very small. I was expecting driver would be familiar with the location and site seeing but it was his first trip to Shimla hence we have missed 60% location like narkanda local places in Shimla. Evertime I had to put map navigation to guide him the route, wasn't expected. Initially from Delhi he started very rash driving two time my wife fall down from the seat because of sudden strong break than I have to told him to drive safely. After that it was fine It's was not shared by the travel agencies that hotel is pure vegetarian food menu and servings. Shocking experience when I got to know that we can't have non vegetarian food. Welcome drink was missing and breakfast was not served though we have reached by 10 am on first day. I am not sure I will prefer travaltraingle to book my trip.
