Trip was good driver krishna is a very good person and full supportive but i have to suffer with an issue there was some misunderstanding between agents and hotel holiday heights in manali due to which we have to change our hotel they must understand that it is not easy to change your hotel between your trip Overall we had good experience Hotel kamna hills in shimla was great but its location is away from mall road. Hotel vivan in manali is very good but it is also located away from mall road and it is situated at very height area in kanyal Road The best hotel was in dalhousie hotel grand view they have best trained staff and at very good lactation. Thank you. There is a tip for everyone Befor visiting your hotel please confirm that your agent has booked it or not. And befor purchasing anything first confirm rate from 3-4 shops

Confusion at Bhimtal for car. Hotel stay should be at Nainital not Bhimtal. Late information about Corbett safari when we reached Corbett. Nice hotel in Bhimtal although location is very poor.

Driver guide us which place he know, not that written in our quote. Day 1 he took us to the place where additional charges we have to pay. But the driver mr Suresh is a very good person, punctual, trust worthy. Best place we found is munnar. One of the best place I ever visited next to andaman. The site seen is amazing. Travelling with jeep on the offhighway road one of the best experience we have. Very experienced driver , so thrilling road. Next allepie boat house . Very good experience in boat house and site seen are amazing. Kovalam beach not up to the mark. Only that beach we visited and some local market.

management of the travel agent aman chaudhry was poor. one of the hotels mentioned in our itenary was not booked. after reaching the hotel we wer informed that we will have to select alternate options nearby. house boat condition was pathetic with having clenliness and ac problems. it was suppose to be an ac premium boat but both the ac's stopped working within 15 mins of starting the boat trip. Aman tried to help everywhere and was in proper contact but he should have taken care of the hotel bookings and his vendors services prior we reach there and start our trip. if his vendors cheat him thats his lookout but our time got wasted and ultimately we had to take our house boat money refund and cancell booking with the river land boating guys. we didnt get house boat experience because of this problem. it was because of aman chaudhry i got my 100 percent refund in allepy. he tried to help wherever he could but at times things wer out of his control for which he should have done proper planning and double check things in advance. sieght seeing was good. driver was very friendly and a very good driver. he was always on time. kovalam beach and stay was the best.

This was my first trip to North east and everything was very well managed by Vijya - our trip consultant. She has desigened very smooth package and arranged every bits and pieces very neatly. We have enjoyed the whole trip very much just because of Vijya. She was helpful and attentive at every point. I am definitely planning my next trip with Travel Triangle.
