Travel agent would have planned the trip in better way. We got different driver for each day, it would have been better if they assign the same person.

My Trip to Rajasthan, Udaipur-Ajmer-Jaipur-Jaisalmer-Jodhpur Around 1800KM. Good Trip Overall. Excellent Hotel. Except for Hotel Nirmal Haveli Jaisalmer.Don't go there. Hotel Kuchaman Haveli Location is not Good.Hotel is decent Driver Ramesh was Excellent. Full Marks to him. Trip Sailer Agent Co-ordinated the Trip Well. Only problem was I wanted 7+1 Innova but provided was 6+1 Innova as Kids were travelling. Would have been Excellent if the Car was changed in Udaipur itself.

Hotel: Only one thing was the best the FOOD, all others like Bed, Receptionist, Toiletries was not good. Last day they provided a shampoo pouch of 1rs(Clinic Plus) which was totally disappointed. Cab and Driver: Thr best part of the jerney. Mr.Danish was the driver Travel Agent: Good service till the end but when I needed help there was no one to help me. I called, sent messages but didn't get response so somehow disappointed. The Goa....

The booking experience was smooth and the Trip sailer agreed to modify the hotel choices based on our requirements. Most attractions got covered in our trip and the planning for it was good. The hotel at Shimla, Dharamshala and Dalhousie were good, clean, neat, staff was very courteous. The food was good as well. The Hotel Grand View at Dalhousie was awesome and would rate the experience there very highly. The experience at Lotus Inn River View hotel at Manali was very disappointing. Though the room claimed to be super deluxe, cleanliness was a constant issue. The room as such was good, but was not maintained well and things were not clean including things like the room kettle, bathroom. The driver Sukwant was excellent. He took us to all the places on time, and even when we had issues with blocked roads, he managed to find alternate routes and take us to places on time. Very well mannered and helpful.
