The itinerary was ok but closures of monuments, opening closing time, if any restriction on number of personnel entering etc should be briefed or conveyed. The driver was giving conflicting inputs. The website information doesn't cover number of tickets sold . This was specifically for Edakkal caves and also the Mathu ga national park.

Hotel was good..

One of your hotel at Alleppey was not up to mark.. Need more time at Thekkady..

When we reached Jaipur from udaipur, my travel did not planned for our check in to hotel, when we reached hotel,hotel staff did not allotted any rooms to us, and started arguing on asked to do so, even the travel agent started to argue when asked for arranging room. We had to wait for half an hour in just sitting in the lobby. The quality of room was not up to the mark,I have even added hotel review in Google , please find attached image for further details on hotel quality.

Hotel was great. I had searched and asked agent to book that one. But when I reached there they asked me to pay 16k, so I had to call my agent and make straight. First Cab driver assigned was too bad, he had no knowledge, no manners. Second agent was good. Cab driver/cab owner asked for 1500 extra to visit Landour even if it was added to my iternary. Finally I had raised issue for every concern with travel triangle and still no reply from them. So one star to Travel Triangle

You should make sure that rooms are kept clean before the guest comes. Breakfast is of poor quality Munnar Tea garden

Travel experience was good. Good itinerary. However Itinerary mentioned Sedan car but we got swift desire. Driver was good no issues with ither things.

Boat house was worst, food was soo bad, room was so small and quality of food was also bad. Candle light room arrangement was also bad. We saw better houses next to us comparatively ours was the worst boat house in that time Munnar hotel room was good, room service is good but in restaurant they have to learn managing it, they take more time to give ordered food(waiting time is more), they tell buffet but we have to wait long for food after telling them

Hotel in tekkady was superb, but, in Munnar was unsatisfactory.

Was very good The hotel service was very good. The cab driver was great and the desert camp was very wonderful and the desert safari and the jeep safari made the trip memorable

The house boat experience is Very bad. Condition of boat is not good. The food quality of house boat is Very bad. The service provided in house baot is also not up to the expectation

Hotel room upgraded with a huge price difference anticipating some more amenities but unfortunately the only difference was outside view from room balcony . Needs to be explained to customers prior booking. Anyway hotel staff were excellent (Cab driver in perticular). Awesome sightseeing, elephant suffary

Apart from the hotel in cochin, all the hotels and resorts were amazing. Our trip was made memorable by how comfortable our cab driver and guide and hotel stays were. Our travel agent Namit heloed us throughout our trip and made sure all arrangenents were done according to our likes. Munnar was our favourite part of the trip. The resort, the food, the weather and the activities we did, were all great. We took the famous kerala massage, saw kalapayattu martial arts,went to an adventure park, visited spice garden and enjoyed our stay with a breathtaking view of the mountains
