Munnar tea garden, and beautiful meadows and lakes are captivating . Over-all it was a great experience. Tea gardens and water falls were beautiful sites. Spice gardens were very educational.

Overall trip was good. However, support from the booking agent was minimal during trip, as it was left to some other coordinator.

Our trip to Jaisalmer was planned very well and executed well. The hotel and the dessert camp stay was good. Driver Bhom singh was very good,polite,patient and helpful. Only one point I would like to highlight over is that the food in Sunrise dessert resort was good but the menu for both breakfast and dinner was repeated for both thr days which was a monotonous for us and since it was dessert area we couldn't explore anything outside. One suggestion for you guys is that when you suggesting 2nights package for dessert camping see to it that atleast there is some change in the food menu for both the days. Otherwise overall our trip was very good and a memorable one for us.

Hotels in Delhi and madhura is not satisfied

Has issues with invoice updates Had issues with Sales agent who literally ghosted on wrong voucher issued. Hotels were over expensive and I could have arranged same by self at mmt rates. Sourabh was trip agent he helped us when in need.

The house boat the agent booked is very disappointed

Trip was pleasant. Only drawback felt was the inferior quality of the vehicle provided.

Driver service was not upto the mark

We really enjoyed your services in the boathouse Mr.Namit, never expected these type of arrangements for a special day we planned to celebrate yesterday. You just disappointed us who came a long way to celebrate the wedding anniversary here in the houseboat(we atleast expected you to arrange a better cake after our long conversations, but they just provided a bun cant we arrange the same at home why should we pay you money to arrange a bun).

I really wanted to give this a 5* rating. It’s the first time I used an agent since I always plan my own trips but I wanted this one to be perfect since I was taking my parents on a vacation. I checked all the recommended hotels they suggested and switched them out for ones I preferred, I checked on the car and its capacity, I did all my due diligence on the activities and changed the whole itinerary to meet out requirements, all that was needed was to execute this.. The car we were promised was a Swift Dzire and we got a very very old Hyundai Xcent instead. I got no replies when I brought this up with the agent. The driver didn’t know the itinerary at all so we had to go over it separately with him. He did a well enough job, but kept trying to take us to restaurants and tourist spots that he probably got a commission from, despite us clearly saying that’s not what we wanted. We definitely made it work and the trip was overall good, but I feel that as an agency there’s a few things that need to be done on their part, especially if I’ve been so clear about exactly what we want. I have to mention I’m biased here because I much prefer planning every aspect of my trips, I wouldn’t opt to use an agent again but if you do want to completely wash your hands off the planning it’s not a bad way to go I would like to specifically mention the Infinity Resorts Corbett where we stayed for 2 nights. Their service is impeccable and the place is beautiful. Definitely opt for this resort if you’re visiting Jim Corbett

Very good and prompt service. Overall a good experience and smooth travel experience everything on time. The driver has a good knowledge about the place and is very punctual. Hotel is very well chosen with good staff and cleanliness.

Good package.

It was a really good experience. Some hotels like in Jaisalmer could have been better. Particularly upset about Udaipur hotel services which was not professional. Cab services and the cheffuers were very good and professional. Overall services by Tripdlsailor team was very good.. Will look forward for more trips with them

It was a very good experience.

Amritsar driver was very good. Second driver at rest of the places was not at all good. His driving skills are good. But he doesn't know places & raids. Many places, we had to skip because of his inefficient knowledge. In both cases, drivers were unaware of our date & day of our arrival. Agra hotel was pathetic. All rusted hard taps on bath. Unrepaired walls, doors . Wifi was not functional in any of the hotels except Ramada.
