Boat house was worst, food was soo bad, room was so small and quality of food was also bad. Candle light room arrangement was also bad. We saw better houses next to us comparatively ours was the worst boat house in that time Munnar hotel room was good, room service is good but in restaurant they have to learn managing it, they take more time to give ordered food(waiting time is more), they tell buffet but we have to wait long for food after telling them

Hotel in tekkady was superb, but, in Munnar was unsatisfactory.

Was very good The hotel service was very good. The cab driver was great and the desert camp was very wonderful and the desert safari and the jeep safari made the trip memorable

The house boat experience is Very bad. Condition of boat is not good. The food quality of house boat is Very bad. The service provided in house baot is also not up to the expectation

Hotel room upgraded with a huge price difference anticipating some more amenities but unfortunately the only difference was outside view from room balcony . Needs to be explained to customers prior booking. Anyway hotel staff were excellent (Cab driver in perticular). Awesome sightseeing, elephant suffary

Apart from the hotel in cochin, all the hotels and resorts were amazing. Our trip was made memorable by how comfortable our cab driver and guide and hotel stays were. Our travel agent Namit heloed us throughout our trip and made sure all arrangenents were done according to our likes. Munnar was our favourite part of the trip. The resort, the food, the weather and the activities we did, were all great. We took the famous kerala massage, saw kalapayattu martial arts,went to an adventure park, visited spice garden and enjoyed our stay with a breathtaking view of the mountains

We chose to travel triangle for planning our 8 day trip to 4 cities in Rajashthan from chennai in the 2023 year end. The travel triangle agent helped us in setting up the itenerary and the hotel accommodations. Since the arrival at the airport until the end of the trip, the agent was accessible and helping. All the hotels booked for us was awesome and made our New year's Eve wonderful. We never faced any difficulties in contacting the drivers after reaching the respective destinations. It was a beautiful trip altogether. The only negative remark about the trip was our 10 hour bus journey from Jaisalmer to Jaipur. The agent should have checked for better bus with better reviews/ ratings. The bus journey was very uncomfortable for my family consisting of elderly people as the drivers admitted a lot of people on the way in the middle of the night without reservation. Although we had reserved our sleeper births, the people sat on our seats and on the floor which never happens in South India on sleeper busses. This was very disturbing and scary throughout the night. So in future please ensure the bus bookings are from reliable travels and even if it costs and additional 500-600 rupees. All the hotel accommodations especially the accommodation in the Mandore guest house, Jodhpur was excellent. The Jaisalmer desert camp stay was a different experience with cultural shows, bonfire, the camel safari and jeep safari in the sand dunes. Once in a lifetime experience! The Udaipur City palace and the amer palace (Jaipur) tour was incredible The shopping experience in the bazars was also nice.

We were on family trip to celebrate new year at jaisalmer. Our family was of indian and foreigners from USA, Europe and Africa. We are enjoyed our stay and accommodations at all the places outstanding except at Jaisalmer city hotel. Madam Preeti Agrawal is wonderful person and arranged everything perfectly. Our personal regards to madam making our trip memorable. Madam diksha from travel Trangal never contacted us. We were searching her number but couldn't find. Thanks. Beautiful night spend at Mandore guest house Jodhpur and hospitality of Eqbal bhai rosjoni tents and arrangements of 31st celebration.

Good but convenience charges should be told upfront

Hotel Gandharva and Rathawali are not at all good. Driver was awesome.

Our overall experience was very good.Hotels provided were good except one. The hotel Pride Inn in rishikesh was the worst experience. The hotel was under renovation and we were not informed about that. No proper hot water for which we had to call up many times and ask. There was no electricity for more than 2 hrs and the generator not working. This type of hotel shouldn't be recommended when the customer asks for a good hotel. The trip sailor tour could have given us a good hotel and not something which is under renovation. Hotel in Jim Corbett was very good only problem was with the road but that's ok.

Great experience, the travel agent was super helpful. Stays were good.

Booking our recent trip with this Travel was a breeze. The travel agent took care of everything, except the mess that happened at the Munnar hotel stay. The cab and Cab driver is very friendly and helpful.
