Entire trip went well with one minor issue. Communication between travel agent and can coordinator does not happened properly. Cab person said that they didn't receive payment confirmation from Travel agent even though we have paid full payment before the trip. I have noticed some communation gap between travel agent and cab coordinator, due to which I need to coordinate woth travel agent multiple times.

It was good experience. 2nd time booked with travel triangle and its a good experience. House boat is excellent.

The package provided was good but however the hotel given for one of the place(Periyar nest in thekkady) was horrible and looked nothing like I have seen in the pictures. For amount charged it was a very bad experience. Also the agent(Bharati) I booked the package with initially mentioned that an year end discount would be applied on the package but later said instead of discount she had added some complimentary stuff for our boat house stay which upon arriving at the house boat was never mentioned again, that was definitely disappointing. I would’ve just liked the discount instead of these false offerings.

Driver is very cool, helpful and coperative. Hotel is good. Except Hotel security issue, very bad noise due to quarrel among local people and driver during night. Sudden planned trip and arranged perfectly for 3D 2N with help of you people only. Good place, very pleasant nature.

Got great cliff view resort in varkal at last moment Had good shirt trip in varkala

Tree house amenities are not upto the mark..House boat experience can be much more better as they haven't provide fan in our room.. it's Der in rest of the rooms

In Munnar, booked hotel was good, all 3 rooms we’re having different views so not all the friends were happy, hotel property was great with lots of activities available within resort, bathrooms were too small,. Thekkady property was good with same view for all 3 rooms. Kovalam property was also good, as it was 3 star property the limited services were available. So overall trip was fine. Driver was unable to speak Hindi and very little English, Again driver was not much co-operative, he used to lost temper during evening times , he could have said politely but instead he used to raise his voice, so 2.5 rating for driver Travel agent helped a lot throughout journey whenever needed assistance.
