The hotels provided were near and clean.

The trip is really good. I love both of the hotels booked & as well happy with the Cab drivers assistance.

All hotels were nice. Best was Nainital hotel.

it is good but when you have any issue with the 3rd party vendor, then it is not possible to change the hotel, like I have issue with the hotel but nothing was done, I explicitly asked to change the hotel in same range but it has not been taken care.

Munnar and Thekkady were great- both Winternote and Woodnote hotels are amazing. Staff was eager to please and were always available for service. Our cab driver Riyas Vali was very polite and respected our wishes of where to go and when to start, where to stop. Allepey houseboat was a unique experience for water cruise and overnight staying in the boat, but somewhat subpar in terms of absence of glitz, paucity of dining options, saltwater supply in bathrooms etc. Do not wish that this feedback be passed to houseboat operators, it is what it is and traveller should understand what they are getting into, that is look beyond how it is marketed. Need to appreciate that after buying the package, not an extra penny was asked anywhere. Do not sleep during the drives from Kochi to Munnar, to Thekkady, to Allepey- or you will miss beautiful forest and mountain scenery!

It was a great experience to connect with Travel triangle .Sandeep (Our travel agent) took our requirements on priority as We are travelling with kid . After booking also , Sandeep is very help ful . and cab and cab person arranged by him was very freidnly and polite. He act as a true tourist guide as well and help us in soothing and gre8 experience

We are very happy with service (special thanks to Tanu ) she is very transparent, all okay but we are dissatisfied with cab driver he skipped lots of places and 3rd day he dropped 1 o clock but we have booked bus tickets at 9pm so very dissapointed with him again we Book a hotel for half day , it is extra expense for us So pls informed to driver has to show all sightseeing places

There was miscommunication on the date of arrival at hotel whuch caused undue disturbance and delay in checkin when we arrived. Otherwise its good.
