Trip was good. Like the hotel misty garden was very good but far from munnar city so travelling was hectic. Pariar nest hotel in Thekady was very pathetic , very bad hotel. House boat was very good.

Happy traveling with travel triangle /trip sailer.... Our Agent Ms. Nikita from trip sailer. Com was very helpful and available as and when required. The hotels and food provided their was very nice and worth. However, the driver was not that cooperative and always wanted us to move according to him... I would request u to pls do not suggest anyone to go ranikhet from Nainital in this season. First of all it is very far and vl eat up your entire day. Secondly there is no good place for sigjt seeing only the location of hotel at Ranikhet was beautiful. Most of our time in the trip became very hectic becoz of traveling and we were exhausted and couldn't enjoy delhi....

We six people from Mysore had booked for a trip through Travel triangle & Trip Sailor for Gangrok, Nathula Pass, Gurdongmar, Zero point & other places along the route. we had a nice trip. our Travel Traingle coordinator was Mr. Anees & Ms Vijaya from Trip Sailor. we had wonderful stay & Trip because of them. we had very good stay in Lindasy Himalayan heights at Gangtok, staff was polite & very hospitable. in fact i had left my bag with valuable things in reception when going to lachen but the manager Mr. aditya kept the bag safely for me & return it when i came back at the end of my journey after three days. our driver Mr. shyam was very co ordial & took extra care of us at all places. fortunately we were able to see all the places we had planned & bit extra too . our vehicle coordinator used to call us every evening & send us next days vehicle & driver details & every body was very punctual Ms Vijaya was in contact touch with us through out our trip & arranged every thing very neatly without any glitch. I thank Travel Triangle & Trip Sailor for arranging an economical & fine trip for us

Our overall experience is quite awesome irrespective of some glitches like hotel seven springs service was not up to the mark initially, houseboat in aleppy was quite discomforting at first glance owing to less space and untidiness as well as owner of houseboat was very rough and rude in talking. On the contrary our agent Aman was very helpful whenever we were in need of him. Travel triangle responses for my queries were very prompt. Hotels in thekkady and kovalam were superb and last but not the least our cab driver babu was very generous, soft spoken, gregarious and helping through out the journey. I will give them a second chance for sure, in order to manage my trip. Thanx trip sailer for making it memorable. Elephant ride in Munnar, Kathakali and marshal art show in thekkady, ambience of seven spring and kovalam Beach hotel(which was very nearby to sea coast) and beauty of Munnar was out of the league for sure in every aspect. And finally a sincere suggestion to upcoming visitors of Kerala don't eat, buy near tourists hot spots otherwise u will be short of your money soon as they are very expensive.

All is good expect driver behaviour.

Overall very good experience, this is my second VResort, staff service is excellent very helpful, food quality is very good as expected. Happy with our stay. Best memories post checkout we had to wait for 6 hrs for return and hotel staff helped with spare room to rest as we had female with us who were too tired. Also post closure of swimming pool on request hotel staff helped with opening of pool at midnight to enjoy the pool.

Good trip

We booked a trip to N.Sikkim through agent "Trip Sailer". Only the driver and car were part of the package - no hotels or food. We enjoyed the trip even though it was not fully satisfactory for us. The communication with the agent in the days and weeks leading up to our trip was very one-sided. We were always the ones to call them and message them asking for the next steps, the documents that we would need for the permit, when the driver/car details will be shared etc. We expected more close contact with the agent and also Travel Triangle. It just felt sometimes like we were left on our own. The trip was a success due to the local people in Sikkim who were friendly and helpful.

Overall good experience with trip seller and special thanks to Nikhil for quick service and customization of trip.. I went rajasthan with 2 year old with no problem at all Jaisalmer camps and cultural programmes

Cab was worst part of our trip. Front seat was broken and still was not changed till last day. Commitments made by trip sailers is not fulfilled. Committed to provide Innova and on day of travel they provide cheap car Aria. And after informing the agent they do not respond.

Good service

We had a great trip. Enjoyed it. One suggestion: Please provide option for choosing fun activities too ( like Jeep rides etc) as the local drivers are misleading us and they charge fraudulently. We enjoyed the entire your however, the stay in camp, cultural program and the trip to the sand dunes were the best.

Everything was good during my visit . only problem I have faced that every time i use to call to concern agent for trip coordination and cab.

It was AWESOME!!!! Had so much fun in corbett treat resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Morning safari was outstanding enjoy a lot. Worst stay experience in sweet home nainital, hot even cold water was also not available, dirty washroom and dirty bedsheet. Do not stay in 3rd floor rooms after complaint from travel adviser they shifted us in 1st floor room. 1st floor room was quite better. Location of hotel was good. Staff is very cooperative but helpless for providing hot water. Overall average hotel. Trip Driver was cooperative and good in nature.
