Overall arrangements were good. except one hotel where the staff was rude and not at all clean. good driver for the trip even though vehicle was bit old.

Do not book through travel traiangle. They have favor one agent by sharing quote of another.

Himachal Trip, it was a good trip. Hotels where very good, except the hotel in Dharamshala (imperial 9). Don't ever think to book that hotel. They worst service and unhealthy environment. Another thing, we had to skip our khajjiar trip. While finalizing the itinerary the trip advisor said that we can cover Khajjiar in one day and we can drive back to delhi by night to board the flight. However, as per the drive, Khajjiar would take 4 to 5 hours and the Dalhousie to Delhi will take atleast 12 to 15hours, so we had to skip Dalhousie and Khajjiar and had to extend another day in Dharamshala at aditional expenses. Our Dalhousie bookings went waste and also it was included in itinerary, we have paid for cab transfers as well, which was also got wasted. If travel adviser would have given us proper timings, how much it takes, so we would have planned it accordingly initially and wouldnt have skipped one place.

Travel Triangle is somewhat recommendable but with some pros and cons. On my arrival at Delhi cab pick up was delayed by one hour and the time we reached mussorie was 2 30PM in the afternoon as the roads from Delhi to mussorie was pathetic and we were not informed prior to our booking. Travel Triangle should have had to look into this before our arrival. Plus the car driver refused to show us the places and was ignoring like he had taken us for granted. Rest Sumit and Aman are quite professional on their jobs. NA

March 2018, I had holidays in Srilanka, and as it turned out to a great experience then, we repeated Travel triangle platform for our Himachal trip in September 2018. We were excited about the trip, but this Himachal trip turned out to be an unsatisfactory experience. The first glitch was vendor Tripsailorcom increasing the prices the next day after locking the quote and making the initial payment, this we accepted with a pinch of salt as both were busy with our respective works and didn’t want to cancel the holiday. However, what turned out to be key annoying issue was a very disagreeable Driver with whom we had to spend nine days, and the trip became very unpleasant. He was unwilling to take us at any place, even mentioned clearly in the proposed itinerary, he used to drop us far away from the places probably to save parking charges, and we had to walk few miles to reach the locations. Also, while selling the package the agent committed that though they are not writing on the package as they are not sure about getting the permit, but driver will co-operate if we manage to get the permit for Rohtang pass, permit is readily available online, but later the Driver and the executive both denied to cover Rohtang. Eventually, we ended up hiring a local cab for a day in Manali to cover Rohtang which turned out to be an enjoyable experience. Our main trip driver was argumentative and even exhibited high-speed driving (close to rash driving) whenever we disagreed to his irrational demands . The trip was full of drama, not in a good manner though.

I want to thank the team of travel triangle for providing me the best deal at the best price and making my trip memorable. The hotels you arranged were really nice and the staff was very friendly. The agent Ankita Sinha was polite and provided me with the best agents keeping all my requirements in mind. I had a nice holiday. Thank you :)

Vehicle breakdown on the way to Agra from Delhi. We had to wait 4 hours on the highway in the midnight to get an alternate vehicle. Hotel at Agra was super. Hoever at Jaipur was only average. Trip to Raj Ghat and at Taj Mahal and overall trip was fine

My trip included Nainital, Ranikhet and Jim Corbett. The hotel alloted to me at Nainital was Royal Rosette/Resort. The house keeping and staff were good people but the food served was very poor. I had chosen the nonveg meal but except one chicken gravy dish nothing else was nonveg. The chicken gravy looked like only the turmeric curry with no flavour, the food was tasteless except one or two items being nice. The bed had poor mattress. I thought of adjusting and did not convey anything to the advisor. But i got pissed off when the next place offered to me at Ranikhet Hotel Parijat had poor food again. Infact this time the chef hinself manages evrything ther told us there are no more bread for breakfast after offering 4 slices amongst three of us. We could not choose from the menu. The food items were less and again there was no nonveg at all. The items had the same menu that we ate at nainital. Mostly alumutter veggie and mixveg being part of the items. We couldnot eat at dinner as the food was tasteless again and thought of having breakfast good but again as i said, the breakfast had limitations and no quantity to offer. Also, the hotel was situated in the outskirts of Ranikhet, nearly 25 kms from Ranikhet and so we missed sightseeing in the nearby area. The journey was tiring. I had baby of two years along but still the advisor did not guide properly else we would have not chosen ranikhet as therz nothing to see there, instead of that we could hav chosen kasauni but nobody advised me properly. The last place was jim corbett, here the hotel was good but nonveg again was missing except the same chicken curry which seemed to be just boiled this time. But nevertheless the pool was good here. I had conveyed my concern to the advisor but he could not convince the hotel people. Though there were no people xcept us at the hotel, the service was not upto the mark. If advised properly i would have booked good hotels as i wouldnt have mind spending few bucks more! I reuquest this thing to be looked into seriously as i feel i should be compensated for the package booked for nonveg food and nothing was offered! Thanks. Except safari ride and naturesque, i had bad experience as i feel cheated to have booked poor hotels at high price!
