Driver was never ready on time given to him, was not aware of the roads / places to visit properly. In case of Tyre Stepney repairing not done when free, when we left from Haridwar had to wait in Highway for 1 Hour with Family while he was repairing the Stepney, which could have been done 2 Days back when he replaced the running Tyre with Stepney. I wanted a change in the Venue for the last Day of stay in Dehradun to be transferred to Delhi, while the adjustment from the hotel was done from your end, no refund money or arrangements done in Delhi. When called up Dehradun Kamala Palace they said it had been deferred from Agent for 1 Month, but to my disappointment no service provided & they clearly replied it cannot be Cancelled, I was ready to compensate some difference. Heights of things were when the Driver was asked to come to Delhi Hotel at 9 am he did not come till 11 am, when we booked a Ola Rental which costed me extra 1100 appx which was reimbursed through Mr. Sourabh Jungle Safari at Jim Corbett was Sitamani which did not happen ( Had to again be waiting for 1 Hour then he took us to just the entrance of one of Safari as Sitamani requires in advance permission which was never taken, my entire visit to Jim Corbett was waste

Hotels staff was good at Dharamsala and Dalhousie but we could have get better hotels on the price we paid specially in Dharamsala.

IT WAS 8 DAYS TRIP STARTING FROM DELHI COVERING JAIPUR JODHAPUR JAISALMER AND BIKANER. OVERALL TRIP WAS GOOD. SARANG PALACE AT JAIPUR IS CLEAN NEAT BUDGET HOTEL. BREAKFAST SERVED AND SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. BUT THEY CHARGED RS 100/- PER DAY TO PROVIDE FACILITIES TO DRIVER WHICH NORMALLY NOBODY CHARGES. TRIP SAILOR.COM SHOULD NOTE THIS. KUTCHMAN HAVELI AT JODHAPUR IS VERY CLEAN NEAT AND SERVICE IS ALSO VERY GOOD. IT IS CENTRALLY LOCATED VERY NEAR TO MARKET. WE CAN GO ON OUR OWN TO MARKET WITHOUT DRIVER. IT IS NICE TO TO HAVE HAVELI/PALACE EXPERIENCE INSTEAD OF USUAL 3 STAR HOTEL EXPERIENCE. BREAK FAST SERVED IS OK NOT SO GOOD. DESERT GATEWAY RESORT AT JAISALMER IS VERY GOOD .EVERYTHING IS VERY GOOD. HOTEL AT BIKANER IS ALSO GOOD. TRIP SAILOR.COM SHOULD SELECT PROPER TAXI PROVIDER. DRIVER ALWAYS HAD SHORTAGE OF MONEY TO FILL THE DIESEL AND OWNER NEVER USED TO SEND IN TIME. TWO TIMES WE PAID FOR DIESEL. OF COURSE THEY RETURNED IT. THERE USED TO BE ALWAYS ARGUMENT BETWEEN DRIVER AND TAXI OWNER WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. PREETI AGGARWAL OF TRIP SAILOR.COM ALWAYS AVAIABLE ON THE PHONE AND SORTED OUT THIS ISSUE. I SINCERELY THANK HER.
