hotels were good and there were no issues in any of the hotels. Ranikhet hotel location was a disappointment. But hotel facilities were good everywhere for the money we paid. the cab was not good at all. it was old and rickety. the driver had good driving skills but he was not at all aware of the route. He did not know any of the destinations. Hospitality and view at Narure's Valley Hotel at Kausani

Hotel at Kousani is horrible.Food at that hotel was very bad.Programme schedule also not proper.Takes unneccery time to travel from place to place.All others were fine. Nanitals caves and horse riding at Tiffin point

Had a good time at Delhi and Agra. We booked the trip via travel triangle almost 3 months back. Everything was well arranged. Nikhil was really helpful and made all necessary arrangements.

The travel agent, Trip Sailer had terrible issues with the transporter. They have a network and different people kept calling for money. They said to pay cash initially but then started calling for account transfer. They even halted the cab for 1 hour somewhere and threatened to not move forward until we paid.we had to wait till someone came to collect the cash. The travel agent kept making false promises but couldn't resolve the situation. We had clearly mentioned that this was a ladies only trip but such actions by the travel agent and transporter is totally unacceptable. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful.

Driver was never ready on time given to him, was not aware of the roads / places to visit properly. In case of Tyre Stepney repairing not done when free, when we left from Haridwar had to wait in Highway for 1 Hour with Family while he was repairing the Stepney, which could have been done 2 Days back when he replaced the running Tyre with Stepney. I wanted a change in the Venue for the last Day of stay in Dehradun to be transferred to Delhi, while the adjustment from the hotel was done from your end, no refund money or arrangements done in Delhi. When called up Dehradun Kamala Palace they said it had been deferred from Agent for 1 Month, but to my disappointment no service provided & they clearly replied it cannot be Cancelled, I was ready to compensate some difference. Heights of things were when the Driver was asked to come to Delhi Hotel at 9 am he did not come till 11 am, when we booked a Ola Rental which costed me extra 1100 appx which was reimbursed through Mr. Sourabh Jungle Safari at Jim Corbett was Sitamani which did not happen ( Had to again be waiting for 1 Hour then he took us to just the entrance of one of Safari as Sitamani requires in advance permission which was never taken, my entire visit to Jim Corbett was waste

Hotels staff was good at Dharamsala and Dalhousie but we could have get better hotels on the price we paid specially in Dharamsala.

At peeling hotel arrangements are not up to expectations in wash room flesh not working boy's response is too poor At Dargiling and Gangtok we felt happy

Overall its Good.

trip was good driver didn't know the road is service was ok not good Agra hotel taj viilla &Taj Mahal was memorable

Tripsailer made this trip memorable. I loved their planning and it's execution. We were 3 girls, and the driver they allotted was best one, "Deep Singh ji", you made our trip one of the best girls trip. Guys, trip sailer is a good one to arrange your tour. Jyoti helped us and made plan according to our wish. Will definitely try to go with you guys in future.
