Hotels were little far away from tourist places.....

Kerala was awesome place enjoyed a lot... great momories but arrangements of house boat was not up to the mark no honeymoon inclusion was there as they told me before booking the package.. Munnar was awesome place as our driver mr. Biju execellent service and grate place

cab and texi facility is very nice specially driver Hardeep is very amazing guy.such a very nice person. hotel facility is average..

last hotel at jimcoret was good but staff of hotel was not good, We left hotel next day.

Hotel at nainital and ranikhet i.e. sweet home and queen Meadows are not up to mark.. rest of the hotels are good.. As far as cab and driver is concerned, driver behavior was very gud and helping, however the cab i.e. Innova is sent which was having captain seat in second row and thus uncomfortable for two people to sit in last row.. and the cab was an accidental vehicle without having a taxi permit.. seat belt were not functioning and airbags light was also showing on in display which mean the same are also not working. For safari at Corbet the agent though had booked our tickets in advance for binjrani sector but was not able to send those tickets and on the last moment he arranged a new safari for sitamani which is a buffer zone.. though we were fortunate enough to get details of bijrani sector. The agent had done quite a mess for safari thing. In the whole trip neither agent trip sailor called for knowing any issue we might be facing nor travel triangle personnel.

The agent at Trip sailer was not at all cooperative, extremely arrogant, rude and rigid. I think they should go for a soft skills training class and the training should focus on how to handle client and how to handle a disappointed client. The SPOC was of no help, if you ask for something or you have any query..... you will get a response that "will check with my Boss/Sir and will confirm you" And the Boss/Sir is THE GOD who is never reachable, will never talk to you on phone + he comes to office at 12 - 1 PM (as informed by SPOC)...so basically you are helpless. Whatever the selection of hotels/ camps/itinerary has been done was done by me, trip sailer just booked it. The suggestions were not worth at all + they did not put any effort also to understand my requirements and suggest any hotels/place/location as per your requirement. Pathetic services... Will never ever plan any trip with them and will never recommend to anyone. Thanks to Travel triangle who intervene in between to sort out the challenges otherwise I would have cancelled my plan.

Very Good

First of resort was very nice and staff of resort also supportive. Goa sightseeing Driver for north goa was poor experience. He was even miss two place from list. South goa sightseeing driver good one and supportive. Only bad experience in Cruise which one house full so i paid Rs 200 Extra.Overall great experience and enjoyable. Special thanks to Manishsir which always support.Thanking you

trip was not according to plan. many discrepancies in itinerary..dint get wht is written in itinerary...Cab driver on his own mood..Bad service from trip sailer.com...Once d payment is done no reply of queries..I will suggest nt to take service from trip sailer.com
