The trip was ok! Would have been good if more local spots has been sightseened. Overall good experience but hotel service could have improved. Driver skill was important.Would have beencgreat if we allowed to use cab to go to mall road sonetimes in evening also.

The representative from the tripsailer was rude. We were given in written that we can pay remaining amount at end of trip but was later on trip forced to give all amount in advance. Representative also gave in written about some welcome drink which was never given and when asked about what is happening and why she lied she became rude since they got their money and can do what she want to.

Hotel Sky Lark at Mussoorie..was really bad experience. Hotel first tried to charge even for breakfast which was included in price. Upon confronting with make my trip. They agreed to serve the breakfast complementary. However later. They tried to charge for Milk..stating that Milk is not included in Breakfast. Pleasant

it was good, hotels we're good, but the tour involves hell lot of travelling and the places are far off from each other, the car was not very comfortable one. besides cab all was good.

We had a very good, memorable trip to Kerala. The vehicle provided was good, driver was very good, well behaved and cooperative. House boat stay was also excellent. Had one problem. The schedule of my boat was preponed from 12 PM to 9 AM but I came to know that it was due to some strike problem.
