Hotel at nainital was at steep slope so it was difficult to climb rest tue trip was fine. It was a good journey at the end.

Very well arrangements... everything was good We had great time on our trip. Amazing resort stay..

hotel location & service is very poor .

Though there were some issues with the cabs due to which my trip got delayed but the travel triangle came to the rescue and arranged the vehicles when the travel agent denied to arrange the proper vehicles. I was in a mood to cancel the whole trip but when the travel triangle executive assured me a comfortable trip then I was satisfied and we got the solution in an hour. Though we lost half day in all this and half of the places in the tour couldn't be visited. But the service provided by travel triangle is very appreciated.

Average experience

I booked for 6 days trip. 2D Shimla 2D manali , 2D agra & delhi. firstly I had to call 100 times for cab coordinator to get exact details. luckily cab driver was fantastic driver. Just because of him I am giving 7/10 or else I could give 5/10. delhi hotel was pathetic. Agent arranged delhi sighting on Monday & my bad luck delhi is almost closed on monday So sighting was useless in my case for delhi.

Munnar accommodation ( Blue Haze hotel) happy and satisfied with their service & food. Alleppey HouseBoat experience was amazing.. Again good food and service.. Kovalam accommodation (hotel Neelkanth) though the location was best but room was average and food was disgusting and no hygiene in the cafeteria... Not satisfied with kovalam hotel experience Cab was good even the driver experienced us with smooth journey during overall trip with his driving skills. But due to language barrier the driver was not the good communicator... Alleppey is really worthy of calling heaven. Munnar, kovalam and poovar also really beautiful places. Had memorable experience of "God's own country".

Trip has been good,though they force u to pay before due date that is not good, full details of hotel like what kind of food available there should be provided with itinery detail, and they should take the responsibilities to fulfill all detail mentioned in package if they are providing only check out on last day then don include that day in package days Local agent of manali was cooperative, he provided cab services on time, drivers were cool only one issue that if traffic jam is there that doesn't mean u will not make people visit all the things later which was mentioned in package they said that traffic is nt that issue they gave full amount to driver if because of traffic u could not visit all places they will not provide visit on next day

Bad response after payment transaction. Driver with cab was wonderful.

Need to improve your services.

It was great and memorable trip. Enjoyed all the adventures.Had great experience in cold weather... Just missed​ the rohtang pass. Go karting and various breath taking activities at adventure resort, Horse Riding at kufri, Ropeway at Solan valley, River rafting at beas river, Mall road at Manali

We had a hastle free trip which was promised to us.

The hotel stay at thekkady was very bad in quality (Periyar Nest resort). And the House boat's cleanliness is not up to the expectation. AC didn't work properly. It was promised to provide cake, candle light dinner and the bed decoration. But none of them are provided in house boat.

Though the Trip was fine......cab driver was not Co operative..... Very adamant.... Could not mingle with us...... We have never seen such a driver.....
