Trip SailerCom

Initially was bit skeptical about selecting Trip sailer looking at the reviews and star ratings but TravelTriangle guys were very sure about them so decided to go with Trip Sailer and also they were ready to provide me with the customised package as needed. Good car service ,driver(shannu) was very genuine ,non interfering and a safe driver. Altogether a great service..!!

Your booking to back destination tickets details are not clear. And hotel checkout processing are not satisfied. Owsome trip

Hotel in agra was really pathetic. Toilet were unclean, rooms were very bad in condition. Delhi was good both hotel and place

Tripsaler just not arrange as per discussion with them. They told me that they will provide swift desire but they provide other car. Also because of they mistake we reach to destination before time but tripsaler people just put all blame on us and also not done any alternative arrangements for us. Even hotel staff help us and arrange our stay in other hotel where we had done 3k payment for one night but tripsaler ask us to make payment for 3.5k.

Hotel was not good. It was very dirty hotel. I faced so many problem while booking goa’s package from traveltriange agent shaifali. I have followed up mutiple time for resolution. Personally i am not happy with trip triangle services. Service of travel agent trip sailer was very good . They help me a alot during travel time and i appriciat it. Actually i have faced lots of problem with travel triangle and eralier trip agent ramble world .

Overall trip was good not very good.. till 21st trip was awesome after that trip was spoiled by driver manikkuttan..He was very slow in driving and not interested in trip just trying to waste time.. Munnar alleppy and poovar

I booked a 10 days trip to Himachal Pradesh. Everything was excellent in terms of itinerary, hotels, and food except for the driver. The behavior of the driver literally ruined our trip. He was arrogant, did not listen to us, did did not take us to the places mentioned in our itinerary infact, took us to places where he could get good commission. He once parked the car on a deserted road at night saying that he wont move ahead since it was not a part of the itinerary. He passed comments like "Yaha kaun ata hai, yaha kuch nahi dekhne ko, mujhe pata hota ki yeh bhi itinerary mein to main nahi ata". He continuously used to be on call while driving, be it day or night putting us in precarious situations. He threatened to desert us on multiple occasions, passed on sarcastic comments. Once we were back to Delhi at around 3:30 Am , he called some guy and transferred us to another cab because by then he had taken anew booking . He also demanded extra money(The amount not agreed by Trip Sailer) from us and threatened not to give our luggage if we don't pay him. I then contacted the Trip Sailer and paid him the amount. I recommend everyone to book a trip only after thoroughly negotiating on the driver and his behavior since we were also promised a very good driver but their promise miserably failed and prooved a disaster for our trip. I wonder if Trip Sailer has taken any action against the driver since they also came to knew about his behavior, I would love to know this. Everything was under my satisfaction except Driver, his behavior was not good for tourist,I was already paid what you want ,but your driver was not under my satisfaction.

Trip Sailer arranged a very nice vacation trip for me to Rajasthan. The cab provided was very good and Driver was very co-operative all 8 days. Driver name is Rakesh and is driving skill was very good. I will highly recommend Trip Sailer to everyone and Nikhil is very nice guy and he communicated all the details upfront and scheduled a very nice trip.

Very helpful team ! Had a lot of adjustments to make before I took up the trip but the team was very patient with me during the calls and made the adjustment as per my wish ! Had a very nice time
