good: timely help from the Tripsailor agent charu/Preethi bad: not engaged good driver. he don't the location of places except Delhi. he used to ask autowal/other strangers to know about the route for the visiting spots. intentionally drives slow to skip the places. because of this we missed to see few promised visiting places as per itenery and visited few places in night time for name sake. worst experience and spoiled our happy experience because of this driver. even we complaint the same to agent they are helpless and we need to bear him till the end of trip. tag Mahal and Jaipur city palace.

Destination Manali Date jan 16th to jan 18th 2018 Thank you for providing me wonderful trip package for manali in our budget . "VIVAN RESORT" was good, welcome arrival and food was awesome but little disappointment by their room services . we enjoyed our trip in Manali .Thanks to TRIP SAILER and TRAVEL TRAINGLE. Services was good and dimple has done great job and good coordination with us. we will definitely consider services of TRAVEL TRAINGLE for our next TRIP. Thanks Jyoti Mehta

Overall Experience was great, as the destination itself is a MUST VISIT one. Little issue was with the planning by the agent. Trip was not very well planned by the adviser. It could have been more utilized. Firstly, the 12 hours direct journey from Haridwar to Auli is very tiring. It could easily be a break journey with overnight stay in Chamoli or anyother nearby place. A day at Auli was good and one could return hotel by evening and relax at hotel overnight. Third day we were only planned to visit Tapovan and one temple at Joshimath, which is only a few hours stuff and rest whole day was free. Which could be, return to chamoli/nandprayag in the evening and stay overnight at hotel and then continue further journey to haridwar next morning via Rishikesh sightseeing. Valley of flower was not covered in our package, neither was Chopta. These both destinations could have been easily covered is the same time period. While going from Haridwar, one could easily reach Chopta in the evening and stay overnight. Leave hotel early @7 and enjoy sightseeing at Chopta and then go to Joshimath. Next day have a bath at Tapovan and den go to Auli by 11 AM by Cable car, which took 22 min to reach Auli. Enjoy whole day at Auli and while returning visit Temple at Joshimath and overnight at hotel. Return to Haridwar via Rishikesh sightseeing to catch train back to home.

Good trip but candle light was not good as expected false commetment done by travel agent and aslo in some destinations Ervery memories were best

Entire trip was awesome. Hotels ,food, service from travel triangle and tripsailer was above my expectations. Thank you Monica and entire travel triangle team for making our honemoon super special. Best moments during entire trip was room decoration on the occasion of my wife's birthday by Abad green forest hotel, Thekkady and candle light dinner offered by the same hotel as tripsailer agent Monica included the same in our package to make my wife's day special. Thank you very much.

We, a family of four visited Jim Corbett from 28 to 30 December 2017. The trip was planned well in advance (in September 2017). We did our hotel booking, transport etc. through Trip sailer.com via Travel Triangle. In fact many other travel agencies had offered their services, but we opted for Trip sailer, as it is a well-known agency. But our experience with Tripsailer.com was not pleasant. We had requested a family suite with two rooms. But when we reached the hotel – the Corbett Treat Resort, we found a family suite with one room was booked for us. It was early morning and after lot of effort we could speak to Ms. Prabha of Trip Sailer, who was handling our trip. Her reply pained us. First she said she is not able to locate our mail requesting for two rooms. We forwarded the mail. Then she conveniently said it was a communication gap and left us to fend for ourselves. There was something more – Tripsailer had mailed us to pay Rs. 7000 to Corbett Treat Resort (CTR), while CTR told us that they have received a communication to collect Rs. 8960 from us. We reached the resort at 6.00 AM and by 2.00 PM we were still at the reception, waiting for a response from Trip sailercom. Mr. Kapil Mehta, General Manager, Corbett Treat Resort, who was watching all this came forward to help us. First he offered us something to eat and arranged a cottage with two rooms. We also agreed to pay for the extra room. In the meantime we tried to speak to Ms. Prabha, but she kept on saying she has to consult her boss. We also told her that another group who had booked accommodation through Trip sailer also had a dispute in the Corbett Treat Resort in the morning, but she said that the booking was done not by her but by one of her colleague. The point she missed was both of them represent Trip sailer. Finally around 4.30 PM we got a mail from from Trip Sailer who informed that we need to pay Rs. 7000 for one (family) room. By that time it was already late and we lost the whole day. We had to pay for the second room. We found the Trip sailer representative very indifferent, non-cooperative and conveniently shying away from responsibility. She was so rigid to defend her stand that she even did not explore if one more room was available in Corbett Treat Resort or whether we were ready to pay for the second room. I don’t mind spending few bucks extra for comfort. But certainly hate to be cheated. We have availed the services of travel agencies earlier, but never had such a bad experience. Now I will think twice before approaching a travel agency to book my trip. The Corbett Treat Resort is a nice resort. Mr. Kapil Mehta is a wonderful person. He and his entire team was very helpful and took good care of us. Food was superb. Our stay there was comfortable. Thumps up to CTR. I strongly recommend CTR. But book your accommodation directly with CTR, you will get better bargain. Our experience with Trip sailer was so painful that I never wanted to write review. However Travel Triangle has been requesting for a review. I sincerely hope that Travel Triangle and Trip sailer.com would take care so that such things do not happen again.

Hotel was not as per expectation No geyser in the room No reception service no Bed was making a noise Only one electricity plug that also was used for heater so no option for mobile charging No sitting stool in washroom There was deluxe rooms in hotel but no option was given to me for deluxe room. Totally bad experience with hotel room.

Hotel hayat is good but limra desert camp not good in fact it was poor... no drinking water in camp.. Provided by asking many times.. No towel was there in camp... No mirror... Snacks & dinner were poor... So plz don't recommend limra camp to anyone... poor experience with it Overall trip was too good... Cab driver was very cooperative... Best part of the trip was jeep safari & border visit.... but jeep safari must be included in package
