Cab experience and driver were extremely good. My car was upgraded from swift to honda jazz which was more comfortable n spacious. Hotel at munnar was not as per expectation. Booked honeymoon suit which did not meet the expectation. On 4th day at alleppey the dinner at boat was supposed to accompany cake and candle light dinner. Sadly not server. But overall boat experience was truly fantastic. Food and staff was really helpful. Alleppey boating. Munnar tea garden. Punarjani traditional drama - theyyam and traditional weapon fighting and stunts. Weather.

I Stayed in Resort Tio which is excellent in service, food, near to beach rooms are clean. Trip package worth of cost for me. we enjoyed alot. Dudh sagar water all. Boat cruise

Bad decision to book from trip sailor. Firstly wrong number provided to driver & cab agent. It wasted our time, when called for assistance to trip sailor representative sourabh, rude reply with no help offered. Finally then after some struggles the cab driver arrived. But he was so tired from earlier trip that he took so much extra time to reach our destination & was not helpful at all. No clarity regarding the sight seeing, itinerary is just made that u can visit those places bt some extra charges can be applicable to them. Overall not a good experience :( Not recommended to book from trip sailor.

except the first day, the trip was exceptional. Travel agency was accessible whenever required. we had a great time. looking forward for the next trip

Hotels are good but agent not given our trip plans /Shecdudle to TT driver and that driver dont know How to picku[p from Airport and they didnt catch properly us v should give all the information

Overall it was memorable trip with family. Disappointed with Hotel in Shimla but other than that it was nice trip. Hotels – Hotel in manali, “Holiday heights” was my self selection & it was one of fabulous hotel. The rooms were clean & view from hotel balcony was simply amazing. The hospitality was superb & food quality was also very good. The Hotel provided in Shimla was the recommendation from TripSailer. Hotel was “Shimla Green” & I must say it was pathetic hotel provided by the TripSailer. The location is very far from Shimla & reaching hotel was also tuff task for our driver as it was in remote location. This is the first hotel I have found where no complementary mineral water bottle available. Also even if you have taken breakfast in your package, you wont get the coffee in breakfast as hotel is serving only Tea. Coffee will be on additional charge. It was surprising. Cab Driver – Our cab driver Lovely Singh was mind blowing person. He knows about all roads & each sightseeing point very well & taken us on every point mentioned on our package. I recommend him for everyone. Cab – We were just 4 people and had booked Innova so it was comfortable journey throughout the trip. But the agent had provided us the private cab and not the tourist permitted cab so it has created some problem for us during the trip but due to smartness of driver and due to some good nature of local police, we were able to continue on trip. Else our trip might have been stop in-between.

Hotel & Camp was not up to mark. Cleanliness of Hotel was pathetic. Food was good.

Tour was good except for the Hotel Queens Meadows at Ranikhet . Here rooms very small and no windows. Cab and driver was excellent, very co operative.

I was promised best services at the time I booked the package but it was total myth . I paid a good amount but got nothing in return and institute of my telling again and again that I am booking package for my parents so I want everything good but it was no soo. Initially I booked package for 32k but then travel agent told me that the hotel which we were suppose to provide u is not having good feedback so you need to select one among the 2 other hotels and then rhi hotel was recommended by agent and also charges of 1000 rs extra were imposed on me unnecessarily which was too vague. As soon as whole payment was done customer satisfaction was not a matter for them . Welcome cake was promised to me at the time of booking package but again no cake and that was vague. I reminded travel agent for the same one day before the trip but there was no response from him . And leave away the cake, hotel room does not had even telephone in rooms and no room service was there and also even they were not provided water .They themselves used to take water. When my parents told me about this when they reach home . I contacted the agent and told him whole thing . He said he will inquire in hotel and get back to me but no response. I was to book another package via travel triangle but now I would never do this post my this experience. I have booked packages earlier also from other travel agents but never got this type of service and also when I used to be on trip I used to get confirmation call if everything is ok or not but here I believe customer gets call till the time you have not done full payment. Thanks Driver was cooperative and he used to take my parents to different places where they used to enjoy

The arrangements done by Travel triangle were amazing including hotel but cab owner and driver both were very rude and arrogant. Our trip to Nainital could be more amazing if we could get a better cab driver as he didn't take us anywhere for sightseeing in Nainital. We hired a personal taxi there and then did our sightseeing. Our experience with car owner Mr.Vaibhav and with car driver MR.KAPOOR was extremely bad. He completed the distance from Delhi to Nainital in around 11.5 hours which really spoiled our one day of travelling out of 3 days. Both of these people misguided us in many ways. In the end I would say that Travel triangle should tie up with a better cab company. Our experience with Ms.Preeti (TTagent) was good as she was very polite, calm and helpful in all the ways. Hotel sweet ho.e provided us a very comfortable and homely stay along with yummy food and cooperative sevices.
