I would like to thank From bottom of heart to Preeti from Trip Sailer.com for a hassle free trip. She has planned my customised trip within my budget. Thanks to our driver Dashrath ji for a smooth journey by road from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer to Jaipur. A very professional driver. And last but not the least a special thanks to Abu- the travel guide from Travel Triangle for responding my query nicely and acting on it. Best Memory would be stay in Jaisalmer in the camp - The keep safari & camel ride. And the shopping n site visit in Jaipur.

Driver and his support was good but vehical is old

Travel triangle has been my choice for travel plans whenever I go .I have completed 5 trips with travel triangle and except for 1 all trips were fabulous..the customized tour plan and quotes from various vendors helps to compare and pick the right one. our trip experience was truely amazing , hotels choosen were very good , driver was very good in Hindi which was best for us easy to communicate , view from hotels were very good rest everything was very good thank you soo much for the lovely trip hopefully will go for more trips soon from travel triangle :)

Travel Agent - service wise fine, but we had last minute modification in persons due to some emergency, but I feel they have taken last minute advantage and charged more amount for my trip. Almost half persons droped to trip, but they just reduced very lesser amount and that make my trip very costlier. Hotels - house boat is not as expected, can provide a better one

Trip was peaceful.. all hotel bookings were done properly. Had some issues with cab driver and coordinator in between but got sorted soon.. only feedback would be to communicate cab and driver details directly to guests rather than bringing middlemen like coordinators.

Experience with Travel triangle was very good, our trip went very smoothly and all the things were up to mark as mentioned.

The first day car was provided for Jaisalmer trip, but as par cab driver Jaisalmer all visit by auto or walk way no need for taxi on first day on Jaisalmer city visit.. Hotel at Jaisalmer was good .

The trip was nicely organized and planned by Trip sailer however one thing which I didn't like was that the last moment charges in hike in quoted package rate. The reason was that due to non availability of the cab within the quoted price so wither pay the difference in hike of charges or book by ourself This call was rece 8ed just a day before the departure which is not acceptable at all. Whatever the price is quoted while confirming the package should not change at all and to arrange the cab in whatever the price is upto the agent and there is nothing to be charged to customer after the package is confirmed and payment is done as per the agreed price , also I noticed that this proce change was not affected on the travel triangle portal nor on APP so I am not sure if this was shared by trip sailer with travel triangle or not Travel triangle needs to ensure that whoever the agency they are working with or referring should not change the quote price once the package is confirmed and payment is done The agent knows that if they will chamge this at last moment then customer has no cklhoice then to accept the hike For this reason I am giving 3 stars to Trip sailer
