Boat house was not gud which they have mentioned

Hotel was good but poor services by staff. No quick response to call. Driver service was good. He guided us well. Beautiful view of Lake, temple darshan, and monetary market.

All the arrangements made was superb , I didn’t face any complications in terms of booking whether hotel cab or site seen . Thanks to travel triangle my favourite and also thanks to Deepika from trip sailor . Boat house in alleppey, Kerala

Travel agency shown some other new boat house while booking, actual boat house is different a old one. Cab driver also strict on after 6pm, they won't do service if they give service they want additional charge. My train time is 9:45pm, but driver stopped 6pm how we can spend Further 4hours. Even we sent our train ticket then only agency given travel package details. They also not properly expleianed about all. This experience given lesson to us, it's worst idea if we go by travel agency, it is comfortable. Even we spent extra cost we not satisfy overall this trip. Nothing great experience, except boat house.

Nikita Agarwal is just amazing coordinated very well. Suggested good trip Stay at Classic fall resorts. It’s an amazing stay. Staff are very nice.

Horrible travel experience with Trip sailer as agent. Won’t recommend them. They just set the trap, follow up you multiple times for the money after dispersal they will forget about the commitments. Stay away stay away…. You will be fool if you trust them. They don’t have the decency to talk which is required in this field.

The cab driver was not accustomed with the local sight seeing and took us to a separate group, he said he was told to take us there and as a result I ended up paying 3k more. Other than this scenario, we had a good time. The hotel services and it's premises was very good. The open ground infront of the hotel premise amidst hills was something worth.

The tour was very good and well managed by the travel agent. Hotel and other amenities were also good.

The agents helped with the bookings and the driver assigned was also very good. The hotel was slightly far from the Mall road but it adds the fun to trip to walk around mussoorie and admire its real beauty and calmness. The trip was amazing it was slightly expensive but other than that it was nice. I would recommend trip sailer for bookings if you can get slightly lesser prices in future. Rest of it was amazing and it was great trip.

Overall experience of trip was good. Only the hotel in Ranikhet was not good as promised. The support from trip sailor agent was up to the mark. Best part of trip was the gentleman cab driver. He is a gem guy.
