Hotels were checked by us online before confirmation of booking. But bit satisfied with services from swis cottage at Nainital only. Rest all places have mix type of feelings. None of hotel had given even drinking water on arrival without insisting by us. Welcome drink is just a word, neither offered nor given by any hotel. We will take care next time. I really was doubtful before starting my journey. But trust me, this travel traingle and tripsailer.com service was just amazing. We never ever found any difficult throughout the trip. Whatever the quote itinerary they have sent, they just obeyed it. And the cab driver was tooooooooo good. Overall super. Thnq travel traingle and tripsailer.com and namit ji. Thnq namit ji for everything. I will advise my friends too. We are couple. Cab driver was tooooo good and took photographs of us. And we three had lunch at the end. Amazing trip!

Enjoyed the stay at Jaipur in Harsoli haveli with food, service could be a bit slow at the dining but otherwise great stay. stay was Okay but the food although veg. was good. Driver was nice however seemed quite intrigued in our conversations i had with my fellow partner wherein he would randomly jump in. Driver also had inhibitions on 2/3 days out of 5 of staying until 8 pm with his car maybe due to personal reason. No doubt udaipur is beautiful but start with Jaipur and end with Udaipur. Preeti from Trip Sailer was helpful untill the day of beginning the trip. Thereafter all the process was so smooth, we didn't have to contact her at all. Thank you all for helping us have an amazing experience of our Incredible India.

There is communication gap because in my trip certain activities have the fixed timing and know one inform us, So I missed the activity. These type of experience reduce the good experience.

Pls avoid Kuchaman Haveli Hotel ..not worth for even 1 star rating .. rest all seems good .

Hotel booking are pre booked.. cab driver is good and supportive. Only problem with room service for blue moon villas rest all fine Lots of memories as this was 1st vacation with our babies But best one is experience of house boat

Good Experience, spent quality time with family.

Except travel agent rest all was good. Mr Rakesh from Tripsailor talked rudely specially when his help needed.

It was a good start of tour. But hotel at Thekkdy was pathetic. No restaurant service. Driver refused cab service for dinner ( Cab for dinner was agreed by travel agent). This hotel had no hot water supply. Took bucket to provide hot water. Then breakfast was horrible. Hotel in munnar was good. And houseboat was also good. Before suggesting hotel please ensure they have clean towels. Overall good as we adjusted to all adversaries. We enjoyed our trip. Rest of the things were smooth.

Hotel services are worst, never ever experienced this way, there's no minimum facilities and the food is too bad where we got insects in our food.nobody at reception at least to answer atleast once. Cruise is the awesome one, food given in houseboat is tasty and good.

Overall experience for our trip was good.Ms Deepika support was excellent and her response was amazing always in our trip. I just had few issues which I want to let you know is Sealagoon resort and Lake park cruise houseboat we’re complete big waste of money.Houseboat was my worst experience where we could not sleep whole night because of washroom smell in the room. 2 Nights in Amber Dale hotel in Munnar were the best days in our trips. Mr Shajeer our car driver was awesome He never made us felt that we are somewhere out of our city.

I had a very good experience with the travel agent . Miss /Mrs Alia , she was prompt in getting me the itenary as per my requirement. She was available all the time . The cab vendor Mr Satya was very polite , gentle and generous. The driver was also very good . But the resort selection was not good . The resort was not good . There was no availability of food post 10 pm . Ala carte took lot of time .

Everything was good except one thing : In one hotel travel agent chosen room category as base one which was totally worst. In our whole trip this was our worst time we spent in that hotel. I would recommend to always choose the best quality rooms and other things because no one wants to spoil their whole trip because of the single mistake. This was my first trip with my loved one and somehow I felt that this can be more better if that hotel room could be the best one.
