The trip was nicely organized and planned by Trip sailer however one thing which I didn't like was that the last moment charges in hike in quoted package rate. The reason was that due to non availability of the cab within the quoted price so wither pay the difference in hike of charges or book by ourself This call was rece 8ed just a day before the departure which is not acceptable at all. Whatever the price is quoted while confirming the package should not change at all and to arrange the cab in whatever the price is upto the agent and there is nothing to be charged to customer after the package is confirmed and payment is done as per the agreed price , also I noticed that this proce change was not affected on the travel triangle portal nor on APP so I am not sure if this was shared by trip sailer with travel triangle or not Travel triangle needs to ensure that whoever the agency they are working with or referring should not change the quote price once the package is confirmed and payment is done The agent knows that if they will chamge this at last moment then customer has no cklhoice then to accept the hike For this reason I am giving 3 stars to Trip sailer

It was a good experience overall. The driver was experienced and knowledgeable. The hotels at Bhimtal and Jim Corbett were beautiful. Good location and good service. Rishikesh hotel was not up to the mark.

Although the services and hotels provided were good but need to point out some issues. 1) The cab driver arrived late for pickup. We wanted to leave early but the driver came as per his suitability. But during the trip he was ok. 2) There were no callbacks/call pickup from the agent during the trip. We wanted to clear something which came up during the trip. 3) No proper communication was made between cab person and agent. We have to bear extra money due to improper communication made to the cab driver. 4) Food options were very less in the breakfast.

Guide should not force or suggest for shopping. Overall good experience.

Thanks for the arranging our holiday. Cab and driver - excellent service. I will give 5 star rating. Driver has very good knowledge about all sight seeing. Smooth driving skills. Hotels- We asked for 3 star hotel stay. Kochi - Good hotel for family. Near by many restaurants available for food. Also near to railway station. Munnar - Very bad experience. No staff available at reception and no one available at desk also no one pick up the phone. Hotel Restaurant quality is also not good. No lift workinga t hotel. Thekkady - good stay. Very limited food availability at hotel. Very near to sight seeing. Hotel is very clean. No lift. Alleppey - houseboat is OK. Its delux.

Had a pleasant trip without any hassles. All the hotels booked by the agent are good. Driver was very good and friendly

We planned the trip with TripSailor for Rajasthan. Positives: 1.Good experience with Cab driver, on time , sincere, suggested good places for food 2.Travel Agent provided good heritage hotels 3.Travel agent helped to design the itinerary as per our needs ( suggestion to travel overnight from Jaipur to Jaisalmer to save travel time ) 3.Payment through TravelTriangle was hassle free , quick n traceable 4.Travel Triangle gave multiple quotes through multiple Travel Agents Negative: 1.Travel agent didn’t inform about location of the hotel n that we need to book our own auto as Temp Traveller cannot go inside the core city places 2.Travel agent gave us 4 rooms for 2 hours after overnight journey , which costed us 5k. We didn’t get the rooms ontime n rooms were not even worth of 5k 3.Travel Agent didn’t bother to confirm the hotels about the arrival timings Here are few tips: 1.Please make sure entry tickets for site seeing is included in the package, specially for Rajasthan as fort /palace entry tickets are costlier here. 2.if you book heritage hotels then make sure travel agent includes arrangement for autos as Tempo travellers cannot go inside local area. For us, it was hassle to get autos n had to spent too much money n time there. 3.Tempo traveller is not the good choice for Rajasthan, go for sedan or SUV , it can go anywhere Mehrangarh Fort

Thank you for sending feedback link . We really had a wonderful trip, though there are some feedback from our side. 1. The stay in Jaipur which was given in first two days was not upto the expectations. it really looked amazing in the photos but it was not the same , hotel rooms can be cleaned neatly 2. Welcome gesture of the driver is poor. Not even a hello with smile. 3. Driver was not aware of Rajasthan City. He didn't had answer to most of the questions we asked about Rajasthan. It will be good if you provide a driver who knows the basics of city. 4. In jodhpur hotel, people were not ready to give a complimentary breakfast early (7.30 or 8). Every day travelling was more, and breakfast was not ready early and driver denied to drive in the late nights ( 9pm ) so we had to leave few places from itinerary. This was disappointing.. 1. Tent stay in Jaisalmer 2. Camel and jeep safari 3. Rajasthani cultural show

In word if I have to say means Fabulous trip. I didn't faced any issues during my trip. My cab driver Alan was very polite and guided us. Food and accommodation was also Very good. If you are a vegetarian means you should do early research for best veg hotels during your Kerala visit. Thank you Travel triangle and trip sailor. Alleppey house boat, Elephant safari were some good memories during our trip.

Cab and Cab driver Rajveer Singh was very helpful.He guided us properly on every site.He was also skilled driver and very polite. Highly recommended.
