It was a great trip everything was : 1. Managed on time 2. Good Stays esp hotels were very nice 3. All the locations got covered 4. Agent support recd throughout the journey was really good!!

All the trip planning and hotel planning was good. Positive things about the trip: 1. Hotel locations and Hospitality was good. 2. The cab driver was also helpful. Good knowledge about route, locality and activities, 3. Package offer presented was good. But few down points of the trips: 1. Swapping of hotel stay between joshimath and AULI, 2. Twin bed sharing, instead of double bed(on a honeymoon trip) in Rishikesh 3. No proper communication regarding river rafting agent. Despite considering the above 3 issues, still a 9/10 experience. So rest other things were pretty GOOD.

Our flight delayed and so we asked our driver to be at 1.30 am at airport to pick up us. We reminded him after we reached and while collecting baggage. But still we waited for him 40 minutes in the midnight. Everyday he made some issues. Asked us for payment issues and everyday he is late to pick us. At jaipur, he accompanied his friend during our tour travel which made us very much uncomfortable. After complaining this to travel agent, he is speaking harsh to us like, why me made complaint?? Every 5 days he behaved so worse and unprofessional. All other things like hotel, places covered, response from travel agent was good

Trip was excellent .Driver Niraj was very cooperative and experienced.Travel agent Nikita Aggarwal was very helpful in planning of the trip very well. Hotel facilities was par excellence. Travel was comfortable and recommended to others.

Overall the trip was great. However, the hotels were a bit of a let down considering what we had paid for. The cab driver was excellent and the travel agent coordinator was helpful as well.

This is first time that I have tried everything online in terms of Booking as well as transfer so everything managed by "Trip Sailercom" company and cool experience with trip service, also especially travel agent as "Jyoti Rawal", She has already available for help or concern whatever I have raised in terms of Trip specific or hotel specific.. Thank you for making my trip memorable and enjoyable.. Also She has provide package according our pocket friendly, nice exp with this company.. Previously everytime I have concern regarding Travelling company as well as travel agent about management regarding trip but now This company ("Trip Sailercom") as well as this agent ("Jyoti Rawal") is my first option to next my future upcoming trips... I will choose this service first.

Overall it was good experience and well planned. Jyoti Rawat who coordinated the trip was reachable all the time. Kudos!

First Travel Agent Mr.Sunny Sharma left in middle of discussion. Miss Nikita came and take over the discussion. Nobody has asked about services and facilities we are getting is comfortable. Not asked before, during and after the trip completion. Customer interaction is important when we have booked for Luxury Trip. If it was ordinary or economic trip, I can understand. But even in Luxury Trip package also not taking call feedback. It's not good impact. Overall Hotels, Cab and Driver are Fantastic.

For site seeing in gangtok cab and driver are not really good not going to proper site seeing. Please dont suggest for other pepole But, lachun driver of xylo he is best driver . Please suggest for another people Gangtok to lachung and night stay in lachung in -tempreture
