Unprofessional in terms of Servicing. I had booked Uttarakhand tour. They will do frequent call once quote shared by them, to initiative the booking. Once payment is done, no proper communication. Not sharing invoice, not sharing right coordinates number.

Hotels: 1. The Pearl by DLS Hotel was not at good (Photos already shared) - It's like 1 or 2 start hotel 2. Nandan Kanan Hotel stay was good, but they don't provide the basic needs like WiFi, teeth brushing kit, Distilled water bottles 3. Shivansh Hotel stay was OK Cab: Cab condition was good. Driver: Driver's nature was good, but due to lack of knowledge about the place by customer, Driver takes advantage. Service by Travel Agent: 1. Proper planning & coordination with team (Hotel staff, Cab Driver, River rafting) was missing by agent - Customer dissatisfied 2. After collecting the information, got to know that service charge collected was much high.

I had an amazing trip to rajasthan covering jaipur ,bikaner,jaiselmar,jodhpur and udaipur. Hotel bookings were very nice. The cab driver was very humble and was a kind of guide also on the tour. He took us to nice places for lunch and dinner where taste was very good. The travel agent preeti also made all the bookings very nicely . We had no problem on the bookings on the entire trip. Itenary mentioned was also completed almost everywhere.
