The overall experience was good. We tried to cover all the places in the itinerary but missed some due to time constraint and long distance. Even few kms in the mountains is a lot. The driver was not experienced, he pretended as if he knows everything but he knew nothing. The goodies, cake, candle light dinner was not there as per the plan. There was mismanagement at some places. Cygnett resort was very good but Gajraj Trails Resort was okayish. Corbett Safari was good. Overall would rate the trip 4 out of 5.

Unprofessional in terms of Servicing. I had booked Uttarakhand tour. They will do frequent call once quote shared by them, to initiative the booking. Once payment is done, no proper communication. Not sharing invoice, not sharing right coordinates number.
