Trip SailerCom

This was our second trip with Travel Triangle and was as smooth as the previous one. "Jyoti" from Trip Sailercom was always available for any customizations that we demanded during our trip. The driver was superb and supportive. The accommodations were also up to the mark especially the camp stay and Mandore Hotel was the best among all with the best staff services , food and rooms. Jyoti was always a call away and kept checking whether our trip was going smoothly. Thanks Travel Triangle and Jyoti for planning such a memorable and awesome trip.

Overall experience was great. Travel agent was so responsive & proactive. They understood all our requirement & tried to accommodate them as much as possible. Cab driver was a kind & polite person.

There was a lack of coordination from Travel Triangle Team , with no one willing to take the responsibility from their side . as suggested in mail i tried to contact the person Jegender who in turn asked me to contact 3 other people from travel triangle (Uday Baldev and Karan) not a single one of them responded back to my mail. Thankfully bcz of Jyoti Rawat (Trip Sailer) I was feeling little bit comfortable. But as the trip progressed the driver (Suresh) started showing his true colour, He was very rude from starting, not at all cooperative , when asked to cooperate he bluntly said "Karlo Complain Jisse karni ho" and mind my words i was travelling with my family so didn't take a risk of complaining while i was on the go. While Moving from Jaipur to bikaner there was little fog in the path all the vehicles were moving slowly and our driver stopped in the middle of the highway saying "I will not go further" after much request he moved. It was a nightmarish experience standing in the middle of the highway with an hostile driver with my entire family at around 1:00 AM . In the entire trip i had to literally beg the driver to take me to the desired location as he was getting irritated even for taking me to mentioned locations. He also took an 1000rupees extra from me, since he was overspeeding and he said i have to pay that. The hotels apart from Fort Chandragupt was good including the food as well. the trip was nicely planned but because of lack of coordination between travel triangle and short tempered driver the entire trip got wasted. I use to vouch for travel triangle previously but now i will never recommend them since i dont want my known ones to be left on the mercy of the driver for 7 days. Very Bad Experience. The driver and his manager Mr Mukesh was also not cooperative.

1) Travel agent has done excellent work but need to understand requirement of tourist. Example - Kausani does not require 2 days night hold, we may have added one day in Nainital / Jim Corbett. 2) Hotel in Nainital not near to main market - 18 km from Naini Lake which has taken lot of time and we do not able to enjoy evening at Naini lake 3) Jim Corbette - Safari taken from Garjia Gate which is very far from Hotel, they should have chosen Dhola / Jirna which in near to hotel and far more depth of forest compare to Garjia. Overall experience with Travel agent is excellent, however, they need to improve above mention points.

Hotels are not maintained cleanliness ..other wise ovarall it is nice with good price

I am really happy to travel through this operator. Very co-operative and friendly. I had to call them only once in my journey rest all was well planned and organized. Only one suggestion would be to consider better options in Jodhpur apart from Jee Ri Havel... Apart from location everything was good,.
