Good Experience with Travel traiangle. Watever we have planned it was same as mention in the itenary. Kerala Houseboat was the good experience

The experience was overall very great. The stay in camp tent at Jaisalmer could have been better.

Our trip to Kerla from 11-17 December 2021 was nicely arranged by travel agent. We enjoyed the trip and arrangement was good.

Cab driver took 6 hours to travel from Delhi to Agra and entire day wasted and could visit only Tajmahal in Agra as we started at 10am in Delhi and reached 4 pm. Next day Mathura and Vrindavan was planned. we could visit only Krishna jhanmabhoomi and Gokul in Mathura. All temples in Vrindavan closed by then. Driver did not alert us about closing timings and could not visit many temples. I thought this will be a package and be guided. I could have taken a cab for 2 days rental and booked hotel on my own. Bad experience

Their was lack of briefing by trip sailor. I would like to highlight few problem I faced. 1. As per their Inclusion welcome drink on arrival but there was no welcome drink at any hotel not even tea or coffee. even the food in any of the hotel was not upto the mark. In Jaipur hotel Royal view there was no towel or soap provided. Even water was not provided by them. 2. the cab was in ok condition cleanliness was also ok but due to that cab I had travel sickness. Driver was very nice and great coordination. 3.There all the monuments have entry fee(200 or 400 pp) which was not briefed by agent. 4. the biggest problem I face was departure from jodhpur as I was not aware that distance of jaisalmer to Jodhpur airport is 350kms nor the agent Preeti Aggarwal briefed me. My stay at Jaisalmer was wasted due to this as I left that place at 2 a.m in 5 degree temperature to reach airport on time. 5. The tent provided at Sunrise desert resort was so unhygienic. The pot cover in the washroom was broken and the washroom was also smelly. 6. I think little bit of briefing about distance and place should be provided by the agent as we are working and we don't have time to do research on it. That is why we go for packages. After spending so much if I'm not happy and satisfied then its a waste of everything. So this was my 1st trip by TT and my experience with TT was not good.

The package includes various tourist points while some were incorrect. Also the cab was not in good condition.

Trip was average from service perspective, it should have been definitely better. There were both positives and negatives. Positives: 1. Gangtok and Darjeeling hotels were good. 2. Cab drivers were very good throughout, no issues in that except for first day 3. Food was excellent throught especially breakfast in gangtok and Darjeeling hotels. Negatives: 1. Lachen and lachung Hotels - services were not like 3 star hotels it looked liked some below average PGs especially lachen. 2. Cab on first day was very bad (pick up from bagdogra and transfer to gangtok) and we had to request to change it. 3. There was lack of trip planning from agent where driver and local coordinator didn't know what is the plan and we had to tell them what to do and this included some argument where coordinator was not ready to do although it was mentioned in itenary. 4. Some things were not communicated transparently which should be better. Gangtok M.G. marg - Amazing place gives a different vibe. Recommended whosoever goes sikkim

Overall experience in Jaipur hotel was good,in udaipur we did not have the Television working inspite of requesting for same, Otherwise no other issues and experience overall was good Cultural shows in udaipur

Overall good trip. Drivers behaviour can be bit improved for Jodhpur. Jaipur driver was good along with the stay.

Great Trip. Great Planning by TripSailer (Preeti) and Best Cab experience by Driver Murari Singh. Highly Recommended . Would definitely try this again for future trips.

All went good..but only problem was breakfast at hotel. Mainly at delhi no proper breakfast we had to wait for half n hour but still we left just drinking juice..it was worst.

Nice hotels and perfect itinerary. Prompt response from travel agent. Cab service can be improved. Cab driver was not friendly. He took parking charges from us for one place and never returned it. Parking charges were already included in the package.

The driver took us from station and dropped to airport on time. He was very friendly and cooperative. The agents were very much available at all time whenever it's required. Great experience. Looking for more trips with Travel Triangle.
