Loved the quick support we got from Vijaya (tripsailor). Quite happy with the overall trip... The first hotel in Gangtok(hotel ninamma) was tagged as 3star but the rooms were very cramped compared to our choice in Darjeeling (little tibet). I had stayed in Little Tibet previously and had asked for the same booking there....and it was worth it!! However, even in hitel ninamma the hospitality was amazing and we had a good time! Zero point in north Sikkim... Best view and snow!

There were more than two parties involved: travel triangle, travel agent, local agent, and cab drivers. At times, there was communication gap and we would get different itinerary for the day. The luxury hotels had good infrastructure but poor food. And vice-versa! But lachung deezong had both- excellent food and infrastructure. We got different cab drivers for every day. These folks have tremendous mood swings- one moment they're talking with you and the next moment they're suddenly ignoring you. Didn't understand that or the need for different drivers! It was a memorable trip but could've been better.

Had booked this trip before the COVID-19 pandemic and thus TT and agent offered to reschedule within the next year. Arrangements made were adequate regarding sight seeing, hotels and transport. However, I had accidentally double paid the last installment for which I'm still chasing the agent and TT for refund. Please help with that urgently

Overall experience was good except hotel castle inn in Udaipur. Hotel rooms and services were avg.

Overall Resort's was good..and services also good..if we are talking about tempo traveller it was very worst and not comfortable at all they provided like a mini school bus, but Driver Rajpal Singh was very nice person and on this package they provided worst services.. I am giving 1 star just because of Driver only otherwise his services was very worst...Not satisfies at all.. Thanks

Wonderful experiences

Trip sailer agent was cooperative and responsive. Hotel provided were neat and clean. You should very well know you destinations/visiting places to travel. However some cons are, Third party travel/ driver may misguide you. Third party driver have misguided us in timing for visiting places and have minimized number of places to visit. Of course time was also limited from our side but they didn't plan according to available time and only see how driver can minimize places to visit in particular city. Again no doubt tripsailer have been cooperative.

Travel Triangle is the best platform to book your trips. But a sincere advise to all is to never ever book your trip through Tripsailer Agent Gokulam Resort in Kerala is the best.
