Good hotels and cab services

The trip was organizesed in a very well format and manner. The hotel facilities are very nice The trip organizers were very good Especially miss jyoti who has done too much efforts so we can have a memorable trip The train and the complementary lunch

Cars provided was too old, making noises, AC and heater of 1 car was not working, Drivers were not slept last night, so driving was not smooth

Everything was very good.

I have booked couple of trips previously with travel triangle and this is the first trip without a single issue. 2. Review - let’s start from the itinerary - the itinerary had multiple places to be visited in a day’s time, however it should have been planned and addressed based on the current situation/ weather and distance. the hotel stay was good in Haridwar and Chaupta. The major issue faced in the entire trip was the car and the driver tagged to us. Below are some of the highlighters: 1. Driver was new to Uttarakhand just as us. 2. Car was not clean 3. Driver didn’t know the pick up point at the Dehradun airport on the first day and was in mood to check with localities as well. He made me walk the entire airport for the pick up. 4. As he was new, he had to depend on the GPS as he was not a conversationalist to check with the locals. His GPS was failing just like him and therefore we ended up checking with locals and our GPS Instead of enjoying the road trip for which we paid the money. 5. The driver didn’t had the itinerary and also since he was as new to the place as us, we ended up walking/ driving/ losing the track of the same road multiple times and this resulted in we getting tired, annoyed and ended up not visiting most of the places in Haridwar and Mussoorie that was mentioned in the itinerary. 6. The driver’s car had issues with the horn. He was not honking on steep roads and valleys. 7. His driving skills were highly questionable 8. We couldn’t enjoy much of the local cuisine as this guy again neither showed interest and nor was able to find out things 9. The car didn’t had a FM/ speaker/ Bluetooth so we ended up listening to songs from our phone only 10. The driver had this habit of parking his car and fooling us to walk distance of 2-3 kms to visit any touristy place. On the contrary, the driver sent to drop from mussorie to Dehradun was far better, he ended up showing me some places which was on the way while we were coming to mussorie from Rishikesh. His car was clean, his attitude was great and I did enjoy that 2 hours trip. Overall the experience with the driver Imran and his car was very bad. I think the trip was not worth the amount we spent. Would not recommend anyone for sure. We asked for driver change and we dint got that, we complained to Prabha drivers behaviour and on the conference call she was repeating the same words to him, thats not how the message is delivered knowing we are only girls travelling ! Very disappointed

Great Cab service , Special mention for Ashok . Preeti has been a great support. Rojani resort was awesome. Ashok, our cab driver was excellent. Nice & clean cab, quite decent guy.

Have a nice experience of Udaipur and Abu with travel triangle.

Trip was awesome. The arrangements and support by my trip manager Miss. Vijaya was more than awesome. She was there in every support. would love to make another trip very soon.

Not satisfactory

I had a great trip, seamless and everything pre-decided and planned. The trip was well organised and efficient. Apart from a few unavoidable glitches it went well. Road trip to Munnar was gorgeous and like living a dream.

The complete trip was an awesome experience especially the Sam dunes. Enjoyed a lot staying in the tent just across the dunes. The sunset n sunrise were so beautiful experience. Blissful Rajasthan.
