People talk differently before paying the money and once after they actually have it. We were not intimated about generation of short duration pass. Generation of epass was promised to be done by the agent but then 1 day before the trip the agent changed and said it's our responsibility to generate the same giving a lot of headache. Houseboat and hotels were nice. And then again problems with the driver. It was agreed that we would see sunset at fort kochi before drop off but the driver then said he would not stay a moment after 6 pm. After a lot of negotiation they agreed to drop us at 7:30 because of which we could not see the sunset. Mr arun of orchid cabs was extremely rude so was Mr Ajith but perhaps the miscommunication between Tripsailer and the vendors was the primary cause for such discomfort and most importantly making our vacation the very source of stress which we seek escape from. Family Trip to Nainital and Jim Corbett, March 2021. We stayed at Hotel Royal Rosset Bhimtal, hotel staff and food quality were very good. However, complete details were not provided by the Agent from Trip Sailercom. Despite number of follow ups, information was not given and eventually had to escalate to Travel Triangle. I will not recommend to opt Trip Sailercom for your trip and suggest to take other service provide instead. We were told Bijrani jeep safari but later given some other which was not good at all. Putting remarks, so people can choose wisely, especially for family trip. The driver from Travel triangle was very good.

Loved the quick support we got from Vijaya (tripsailor). Quite happy with the overall trip... The first hotel in Gangtok(hotel ninamma) was tagged as 3star but the rooms were very cramped compared to our choice in Darjeeling (little tibet). I had stayed in Little Tibet previously and had asked for the same booking there....and it was worth it!! However, even in hitel ninamma the hospitality was amazing and we had a good time! Zero point in north Sikkim... Best view and snow!

There were more than two parties involved: travel triangle, travel agent, local agent, and cab drivers. At times, there was communication gap and we would get different itinerary for the day. The luxury hotels had good infrastructure but poor food. And vice-versa! But lachung deezong had both- excellent food and infrastructure. We got different cab drivers for every day. These folks have tremendous mood swings- one moment they're talking with you and the next moment they're suddenly ignoring you. Didn't understand that or the need for different drivers! It was a memorable trip but could've been better.

Had booked this trip before the COVID-19 pandemic and thus TT and agent offered to reschedule within the next year. Arrangements made were adequate regarding sight seeing, hotels and transport. However, I had accidentally double paid the last installment for which I'm still chasing the agent and TT for refund. Please help with that urgently
