Driver was v good but vehicle last seat was miserable. Saurabh agrawal asked for extra money for change of destination however he never paid it to tempo operator. Hotel Royal rosette was good Oak essence was good, however far from location the services was excellent, Mr Bhagwan very gentle man Kausani nature valley hotel was good, excellent view Joshimath hotel panchvati food was not good stay was good Rishikesh trihari hotel was good Mussoorie hotel dew drop was average far from city and food also was not good. Rooms were appearing not well maintained. Auli, hotel oak essence terrace and services and hotel nature valley view

The service provided by the travel agent ms Jyoti was good however Mr Saurabh Agarwal was always non cooperative and his services were pathetic. The trip was possible because of Ms Jyoti.

Everything went very well but 4- 5 star category hotels were knocked down badly after lockdown...Hotel service were too poor, with stinking room as if opened after long time...and driver had no knowledge about timings of show.. Hotel heritage Mohangarh fort...

The hotels in Gangtok and Lachen were good, but those in Lachung and Pelling were not upto the mark. There seemed to be hidden charges which were not mentioned clearly in the itinerary details shared by the agent. Even I had to pay extra for one of the charges already mentioned in the itinerary details. Even though the hotels were pre-booked, the drivers were not informed of the same and they had to repeatedly ask us for the details. These things need to be improved by the travel agent. The travel through North Sikkim and the attractions in North Sikkim were memorable.

The way, Travel traingle arranges our trip is differentband unique. It is some kinda biding system, and different travel companies come with different travel plan and quotation and biding system is not upto the mark. Once you pick the planner, no executive tries to be in touch with you and you can't have direct communication with them. If you face any issue while your tour , you need to connect with your tour planner only and somehow you don't get only the agent number, if you want to raise any grievances, no one is here to listen you. Second thing travel trainvle wants you pay the whole payment even before outsetting of the trip, and travel agent will be behind you until you make the payment. Though hotels and services are good but there is a communication gap because of involvement of third tour planner company. It's your luck if you get a good travel planner and bad one.

The agent preeti did not give good hotels in Bikaner and jaisalmer...Bikaner was a big big disappointment....Bikaner can actually be skipped...the entire trip was rushed...I wanted a relaxing trip...but a lot of things were included everyday alongwith lots of travelling..was a hectic trip..I usually like trips and thats why i use travel Triangle...but this trip wasn't great Ameer fort was very nice in jaipur...the light and sound show is not worth it

It was nice trip there was some concern which is resolved by the planner

Service Not as expected only hotel services are good

Experience at jaisalmer was excellent. Jaisalmer sightseeing, camel safari, tanot mata mandir visit, longewala war memorial visit, sam sand dunes, cultural programme at sam resort stay.
