We were halt at airport without any reason but because of payment issue between agency and the driver.There was lack of coordination .In Agra's hotel staff was rude and arrogant . Other than these issues ,trip was fine.

It was a so - so trip. Although the hotel was good, but the driver wasn't. The driver used to be late and also what all was mentioned in the itinerary was not covered by him. Now, if i talk about the agent than , first of all his package was costly if i compare i with outside and lastly from the agent end the responsiveness and support was very less.
