It was a so - so trip. Although the hotel was good, but the driver wasn't. The driver used to be late and also what all was mentioned in the itinerary was not covered by him. Now, if i talk about the agent than , first of all his package was costly if i compare i with outside and lastly from the agent end the responsiveness and support was very less.

it was a good trip but there was improper coordination from the agency. The hotels which were committed were not the hotels which has been delivered.
