Journey was good and coordinated well, but some locations should have been avoided such as Ralong as it took our entire day just to reach there followed by 3hrs trek which hectic our health and schedule as well. Hotels were good but rooms provided were not as per 4 star ratings. Overall Cabs travel where superb. Disappointed with Hotel Rooms and Food and some unnecessary locations included in iternary. Gangtok Hotel room was not upto mark. Itnery mentioned in Gantok sightseeing was not shown by driver. Darjeeling was perfect in terms of driver, hotel and sightseeing.

Hotels - stay was good. On the last day there were no blanket in the room, and they were failled to provide one. Some how security helped with the mattress cover. Very bad experience. Cabs and drivers- cabs and drivers were good but lack of planning. No prior information about cab driver and vehicle provided as well pick up time. Anyone used to call and say i am driver. Over all - lack of planning and co-ordination. Sikkim is awesome location to spend your vacations.

A perfectly arranged trip by travel 365 one Mr Shadab with Shivam and a coordinator at Gangtok to perfectly execute the travel plans. The entire stay and accommodation was all perfect except for a heater facility that is definitely required during colder conditions. The drivers were all polite and prompt to give the best and memorable trip.

Drop service drivers will not dependent on you.So he is hurry to drop the guest as early as possible,and the Bagdogra to Darjeeling drop driver was very rash and speed.Driving to hill station needs passion and dedication. Mr.Tenzing,Darjeeling trip having all qualities of making happy memories of tour.My thanks to him.Mr.Dipen,is one of the best cab driver having all good qualities like,non smoker, and he really suitable for family.We [back seat occupants] doesn't feel tired and felt traveling in a NH,even in nathula pass road.
