The Hotel in Gangtok was decent, but the service and food was very good. The hotel in pelling was not good, it neither had Fans nor AC, and when you open the door and window flying insects came to our room, food was not good at Hotel Sonamchen Memories-Tsomgo lake visit and waterfalls in pelling.

agent did not elaborate any time about the tips to go at high altitudes like it will be tiring .roads are bad .Nathula pass clearances were not taken inspite of repeated reminders and finally we could not go to Nathula pass.

The entire trip was organised really well. Hotels and services were great. Sikkim must be visited atleast once In a life time. The place is so beautiful and the people and their hospitality is something you will never forget in life. Our drive / Guide Mr. Biraj did a great job by making the entire tour successful, memorable and safe. Thanks to travel365, Mr. Roshan for making the trip happen as we expected One must consider visiting Zuluk, padamchen part of sikkim which is hardly explored to see what you are missing. Those picturesque landscapes, snow capped mountains make you spellbound for the entire trip.

Hotels and food was good. Cab quality was not that good as the car was very old. Also the driver was not punctual. Have to wait for long hours many times. Driver was stating that the itinerary was not planned properly and could have been better. If so, please suggest for a better itinerary in advance. Overall places visited were very good.

The hotels were good, in Lachung we expected a family room but were given the separate single cots. The agent was not able to do anything due to rush. However the next location hotels were taken care and upgraded.If the agent would call before the trip and update the numbers of drivers then, Drivers would directly take to the hotel and place of visit without hassles It was overall a memorable trip for our entire group of travellers
