Hi all this is my first trip with TT and expected a lot . Thought this trip would be a memorable in my life but unfortunately its not , because of poor coordination , planning and communication . I missed few places like natulla pass and few others . Travel agent by name DEEPAK was very rude . Accomodation was not upto the mark as there were poor facilities like lack of hot water , door hinges were dangling and food issues . Travel agents ( Neeraj and deepak ) dont answer / reply to the calls and they didnt communicate propley. Shivani was helpful through watsap Rest all omg ...... 1. I had very good experience of sikkim and darjeeling trip. The hotel given were very good however in the quote two hotels were given which made confusion till last or it was not conveyed. For the cab follow up was needed which is some time embarrassing. Overall the trip was very well executed and agent Shri. Deepak Chettri was very cooperative and humble . I managed the trip with his cooperation only.

The trip was good enough. The only problem we had was the lachung homestay as cleanliness was my concern. We couldn't complete the Gangtok local sightseeing due to election results and had to leave early for Darjeeling. Rest the hotels provided for Gangtok (Central Ninamma) and Darjeeling ( Chas Riddhi Siddhi residency) were decent and cleanliness was maintained. The food and services provided by both the hotels were amazing. As I had planned candle light dinner and cake for my parents 25th anniversary, Central Ninamma made a point for it to be the best in terms of food as well as preparations. Rest we couldn't even visit namchi chardham as the driver was charging way extra for the visit. paying double the charge wasn't worth it. Sikkim is now close to my heart. The cleanliness and discipline followed throughout Sikkim is commendable. Lachung yet another best place - zero point not to miss it ever.

Overall, I liked the trip experience. However, I did not like the customer service from Travel Triangle. I was not provided the driver or car details even after repeatedly asking in the WhatsApp chat initiated by Travel Triangle. Finally, I had to follow-up with the agent so many times to get the details. Even after I landed in Bagdogra, the car was not waiting for me. After my first pickup, things were fine.

all points were not covered which were mentioned in itinerary. One thing you can improve is that you should mentioned only those points which can be covered instead of giving extra points just to attract customers. overall it was a good trip.

It was a great trip. We'll remember this forever. However 2 of the 4 hotels we stayed at were missing minimum basic amenities like availability of hot water, dustbins, chairs, tables, tissues and more.

ime, we again asked that why is this happening and why are we taken to closed places when we have already communicated. And all these places lsited above were not closed overnight, they were shut since a week or so due to snowfall. I believe its the responsibility of agent to check such information beforehand which did not happen. After all this, we requested Mr. Niraj to include Namchi in our itinerary. This should have been done earlier without our request. We were quite not convinced with these things. Communication - Although Pankaj and Neeraj were polite in conversation. But the planning could have been easily very better. Refund - We had to change the hotel in lachen as the roads to booked hotel were closed due to snowfall. Due to slippery roads, it was not possible for entire family to walk till hotel. So we had figured out hotel on our own and talk to Pankaj. He agreed and said you will have to make the payment of INR 6000 now which will be refunded later. Till date, it has not been done despite of 3 to 4 reminders. Good Things: Stay at Gangtok, Lachung and Pelling - The stay at all these places were amazingly delightful. The stay, food, service and family at Home stay in Pelling was very warm and welcoming. I would recommend 100 Petals (Gangtok) and Darapdaragaon were worth the stay. The stay at lachung was great but the staff was not that polite. Driver Suren - The driver with us from Gangtok to Darjeeling was extremely polite and drove very safely.

I booked my honeymoon trip to Sikkim, covering Gangtok, Lachung and Darjeeling. Travex365 gave us good options to choose among the hotels. All the hotels were at good location and the ambience was also good. Shivam from travelx365 was good at communicating all the details and co-ordination with local tour operator was good. We had a nice time in Darjeeling and Lachung. However, we were not able to view any place in Gangtok due to miscommunication from the cab operator. Due to heavy snow we got the permit only till 15th Mile, which is before Tsangu lake. This was not communicated clearly to us, else we would have opted for Gangtok Sight seeing. Also, while going to Darjeeling from Gangtok, we were suppose to visit places on the route but cab driver was not communicated. Over all the trip was good. Travelx365 should try to check on all the communications made to driver by the local tour operator.
