Overall experience was great. To unknown places what matters is hospitality and security in which I feel its10/10. In complete trip execution, everyone I interacted were friendly and supportive. Got trip planned for gangtok and darjeeling by Travelx365. It was great in all respect. Thanks to couple of people like Shivam and Nitesh for complete planning and coordination during trip. Special Thanks to drivers who were like a family. They helped me like a family member during unfortunate medical emergencies. Hearty thanks to drivers I interacted. Site visits will be planned as per request and things are flexible. Hotels are also good as compared to the type of area it is. Stayed in Maya Inn. Great hospitality and food. Also in Omega residency where I feel the staffs could be more professional and soft spoken. Thanks all for support.

The service was excellent and enjoyed a lot. Some bitter experience at omega Residency Darjeeling. Remaining everything was superb. I recommend strongly travel triangle for future trips.

It was well organized trip. All the hotel and cab bookings were done in advance. The views from the hotel were awesome. The support given before and during the trip were also good. At Lachung, there is no snow currently, so it was not worth all the efforts. Please check if there is snow at Lachung and Lachen before. If not Gangtok and Darjeeling are enough. Thank you TravelX 365 for a nice trip. Note: If you want to see extra spots, you have to pay extra. Also check if local sightseeing (full day/half day) is included in package.

it was nice experience. As this was my 1st trip with travel triangle, i was doubtful. But these guys proved me wrong. They provided excellent service and I am happy with this.I will surely recommend my friends to have trip with travel triangle. Few recommendation - 1. last day in darjeeling could have been spent in more better way. Instead of dropping us to hotel at 2pm, you could have roam us around city and botanical garden. 2.In hotel, instead of asking us what to prepare, hotel people can offer us buffet and we will decide what to have. Rest everything was perfect.

Dewanchin resort was good but the hotel in peling was not good (Remote location and the property was not maintained properly) Nathula pass and waterfalls through out the journey

**Gangtok-Lachung-Gangtok** Overall experience with Travelx365 was excellent Trip was good Hotels was average but hotel staff was good (if kept in mind my budget they provided excellent hotels) Pankaj & Roshan Coordinated time to time Vehicles provided were good conditioned & drivers well behaved.

We were a group of 7 on a ten day trip to Gangtok-Lachen-Lachung-Pelling-Darjeeling through Travelx365. They was very organised and accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed the trip with no major hiccups and it was a memorable trip, mostly because everything was well arranged and we didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting. Notably our hotels were pretty decent and clean and our Travel agent Mr. Ajay was quite helpful in sorting out any issues we had. Our drives were enjoyable as our driver was friendly and didn't rush us. One request to Travelx365 is that they can provide the contact numbers of the hotels beforehand so that we can be in touch directly if there is any delay etc since the mobile connectivity is poor in the remote areas. Thanks to Mr.Ajay of Travelx365 and Travel Triangle for making our trip a memorable and pleasant one. Special thanks to our driver, Mr.Phurab Sherpa for his patient driving skills. We thoroughly enjoyed the scenic beauty of Sikkim and especially Gurudangmar lake which is mesmerizing and feast to our eyes. A must visit place. The entire drive through the cold desert till the walk to the lake was such a good experience. Apart from the usual sightseeing places which we visited we also trekked up the hill to the view point of Khecheopalri lake and it was just awesome. Not all travelers visit this view point since the trek is of around 3kms uphill and quite challenging but it was worth the effort. Don't miss it! Another thing one must not miss in Sikkim, is paragliding. The exhilarating rush of adrenaline and the spectacular views of Gangtok is amazing.

We had great experience travelling with travel triangle. Drivers Wangdu and Suraj super skillful in driving through difficult terrain. Highly rated travel experience. Only advice to my felow travellers not to venture on roads from namchi to pelling and pelling to darjeeling as the full stretch of road is really bad. travel at your own risk through these routes. But must say travel triangle is par excellence with reasonable tariffs.

I planned a trip to Sikkm-Darjeeling in the month of May 2017 with my parents and Mr. Ajay from Travelx365 planned my itinerary. He was very helpful throughout the trip planning, and listened to what I was looking for (a very relaxing trip without much of back to back travel and hectic schedule) and he planned the trip accordingly. I gave him my requirements and choices of hotels and he made sure to do all effort to give us what we were looking for. The properties we booked were beautiful and my parents had a great time in the entire vacation. Even though there were few confusions and mishappenings during the trip (for eg. landslide in Tsmogo Lake due to which it got closed for tourists) but he was always approachable for any queries and gave us advice for alternate possible plan and overall I am satisfied with the support we received. If you're looking for relaxation, look for hotels that our little isolated from the main city so that there's less crowd and more natural beauty and view. Always go for a room on one of the top floors for a room with a view. Even though you might have your hotel confirmation vouchers, make sure to call at the hotel and check your booking to avoid last minute confusions.
