The booking agent offered a great deal and was pretty professional in handling all the issues . Special Mention of Mr. Aayushmaan at INeedTrip in doing a commendable job. He was able to answer all my questions and also addressed all my concerns with ease. I had some problems while in mauritius but one email to the agency and all was sorted out instantaneously. Full marks to INeedTrip for providing us a great holiday :-)

My dear colleagues at Travel Triangle, I booked my Honeymoon trip to Krabi in February 15 via Travel Triangle after some personal recommendations from friends. However, I am sad to inform you that the services i received from you and your agents left a lot to be desired. This is even more stark given the fact that I had given my full itinerary including the name of the hotel where I intended to stay, and all the agent had to do was the booking, and arrange the land transport according to my itinerary. Unfortunately , on landing in Krabi, the transport to the hotel was not available anywhere, and I had to call International several times for the transport to be arranged, albeit after a wait time of 2.5 hrs at the airport (and this, after a journey of over 8 hours). Add to that the seriously unconcerned tone of the lady at I Need Trip, and it was a frustrating sequence of events. In fact, looking back, I have to say that quite a few minor things were missing from the experience I was provided. One, despite payment of the full amount on the due date, my booking was released by the agency, and I was asked to pay up INR 2200 to get the booking re-confirmed. Obviously, this being a honeymoon trip, I payed up, since you don't really want to get anything wrong with such a trip. Unfortunately, your agent seems to have taken advantage of the same fact. Second, no one ever called me, or sent me emails regarding the details of the bookings. I had to call the agency on the day of travel to ask what was the plan on my landing at Krabi. I would expect a call or an email detailing the trip information at the very least. All in all, traveling with I Need Trip was a very average experience. Given the fact that the agent had very little to do himself, I would have expected him to deliver with perfection. He, and Travel Triangle as well, should understand that you are in a business where service and soft skills are not just essential but mandatory, I found you lacking on multiple counts. I'm not sure if i would recommend Travel Triangle, or I Need Trip, to anyone. Regards. Sanket Shah

Though I have received quote from only I need trip travels but there response was very good...they helped in minor details also but would have much appreciate if they have given much clear detail on currency exchange part as people got currency exchange not from Airport or the hotels where we stayed as they were very charging way beyond prices. Tarisa Resort is quite a good hotel and food is awesome, no body can actually complaint about the food. Only problem is refilling of water which they do it only in the 2nd half. There staffs are ok, location is ok, but not the people who are organizing water activities. Overall it was good experience but 7 days are too long as apart from beaches MAURITIUS does not have much things to see. People can look for La Plantation as there most of the water activities are free of cost and hotel is quite good compared to Tarisa. Overall Conclusion --- Good Trip. Beaches view.

Travel Traingle made planning for the travel very easy and affordable. I need Trip Travels did a great job. Every query was answered promptly and they were keen to help me out in every possible way.

delhi based travel agent mr. amit adhikary's response was excellent. portblair local guide mr. anil was excellent but the Havelock local guide, mr. shahid's services, and vehicle service at Havelock were terrible. port blair/Havelock - pristine, uncrowded and unspoiled beaches.excellent scuba diving facilities.a memorable holiday.
