My experience with ineedtrip was great. Bhavay helped a lot in clarifying any doubts i had. The only issue faced by me was in the final transit between male airport and hotel, the staff there was very negligent and they made us wait for 3 hrs at the airport.

Overall, Travel Triangle is new yet very effective means to travel/holiday planning. Entire process of booking to obtaining vouchers is intuitive and hassle free. Having said that some word of appreciation about I Need Trip and Taran in particular: These guys have very good knowledge about Mauritius, Properties and various nitty-gritty. Taran in particular is very open, honest and helpful. He has a knack for understanding customer's requirements really well and design packages according to the taste of the customer. They were fabulous and responsive throughout the process and it was delightful to work with them. Once they make a promise, believe me you it will be delivered. E.g. Even though they did not have a room that I asked for at Lux Belle Mare they managed to get it thru a different travel agent and though I was in Singapore then and they kept me updated of the status on daily basis. Only minor hiccups/irritants in the process were urge/nagging of drivers to be on time in spite of paying for private transfers and 2.8% Charge for making payment by Credit Card. Even if you have a single doubt about credibility of these guys over biggies like MakeMyTrip, Yatra or Thomas Cook just clear all your doubts and go for Travel Triangle and I need Trip by all means. They are cost effective( 15-20% Cheaper than MMT) and deliver on their promises every single time whereas MMT did not in my particular case. Wish you guys all the best!! Regards, Hardik

Our first experience with I Need Trip Travels and Bhavay, trip advisor, was amazing. Our 8N/9D trip includes 3 places - Phuket, Khao Lak and Krabi. Properties were very nice, and so does their hospitality and their location. All were near to the beach or on the beach. All the day-tours were meticulously planned. No lapse anywhere in itinerary. Thanks to Bhavay who had been very patient in understanding our trip requirements, and had come with this wonderful one. Overall, it was a satisfactory one - just what the doctored ordered. Cheers

The trip schedule was completely changed. due to which we could not enjoy the water sports. The vegetarian food was not appropriate at the hotel. such actions of changing the schedule of itinerary is not appropriate.

Excellent partners - they helped and guided right at every step!!! The travel agent always gave the right advice - in terms of hotel, flight, etc. overall it was a greaaaaaaat trip - a biiig thanks to I need trips and Travel Triangle!!! :) Only one thing was a spoilsport though - the local travel agent who had booked the tours - although most trips were good and well planned but was always late for pickup. Also, the travel itinerary can be much better. All this was also fine but the spoilsport part was that they push you to not do shopping from the north tour but in the south tour where they have a tie up with a ship building factory - and the factory had jacked up prices - the products were too expenive while at other places (specially north tour and local shops) the prices of same objects was about 10 times cheap. this is the only thing that has left a bad taste. They really pushed hard and even built stories to prevent us from shopping at Coudon water front. Just not done. I am giving this fedback here so that you guys can rethink about choosing another local mauritian partner or have an option of itineraries for future tours of other people. Otherwise as mentioned earlier, the hotel was beyond compare, the help and advice given by I Need Trips was excellent!!! Wish you all the best for future!!! :) water activities, beaches!!!!

I found experience of booking my family trip to Thailand through Travel Triangle (Travel Agent - I Need Trip Travels) very pleasant and hassle free. Response time and Services of Mr. Bhavay Garg were immediate (even during odd hours at night).
