When I'd just finalized my trip to Male, I did recommend Travel triangle to many of my colleagues. However, the response after receipt of first payment was pretty much on the downward trend. Further, the untold/ uncontracted payment policies which resulted in fruitless conversation and price hikes left a sour patch before my journey began. Thereafter, included a small watersport activity in the package to make amends. The disaster that followed was on reaching Male airport, where the person present to receive tourists for Paradise Resort said that my arrival details as provided by my Travel agent was via " Spicejet" and as per the details received by them, we were scheduled to arrive there by noon and not 8:45 AM. But the person was kind enough to take us to the resort in the immediate available boat. The roller coaster ride further took a pitfall in the resort, when all my fellow tourists were given a room and I was told to wait till 1300 hrs as my room could only be allotted then, due to the incorrect details provided to the resort by my travel agent. THIS INDEED WAS A GREAT BEGINNING TO THE WELL PLANNED (booked 05 months in advance) HONEYMOON. To add to my woes again on my return on 27th I'd to pull out a copy of my ticket and convince the hotel staff that I was travelling by Srilankan Airlines as they had again received incorrect details of my return flight being "Spicejet" at an incorrect timing. I did receive calls seeking feedback but the staff did not bother to check if we had any issues during the stay or any part of the trip., which is a basic in customer service. I hope this feedback would be considered as an eye opener for the Customer Relations Department of your firm and would initiate necessary reforms in your ongoing policies.

Trip to Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Duration - 6 days First of all, I was very apprehensive about using travel triangle initially but then gave it a try and was surprised to see the ease and the prices that were offered to me. Upon filling a request, you are contacted by agents with quotes almost immediately, and also you can customize the trip to suit your taste and budget. The agents are very helpful. We booked our holiday from "I need trip" and they were very very helpful with everything. On the island, all of our needs were taken care of, and we were in love with the tours that were arranged for us. Despite the bad weather, the tour operators managed to change the times of our tours so that we don't miss out on anything and they even made our sharing based tours into private ones and didn't mind when we wanted to spend more time at a certain place to take pictures. But in the city of Kuala Lumpur, we were disappointed with the hotel room that was booked for us. The hotel was nowhere close to a 5-star and the room was crampy and stuffy. The tour in KL was short too though we had no problems as such. Overall, I'd definitely be booking from travel-triangle again as they made this trip memorable for life for me and my family! Langkawi island Mangrove and Cave tour. Trust me you HAVE to do this!

Overall, a satisfying and enjoyable trip. The trip went smooth. I'd recommend Ambre resort to anyone going there as it is one of the best resorts in Mauritius. The travel agent was helpful. But while they had confirmed private transfer to me, they later withdrew it. I had expected them to honour their commitment. It would also be great if payment could be made via credit card without any additional charge

Had planned a trip through I Need Trip, agent Bhavay. Must say the planning & the things mentioned were all provided very accurately. Had a great experience in dealing with them. Bhavay was very firendly & easy to deal with. Things went very smooth with them & the overall experience was very good. However vegeatarians must be prepared to adjust to the food in Thailand. You will find Veg food but it may or may not be to your expectations. Try staying at Senses in Phuket, beautiful resort & the experience is wonderful. Keep it up guys, will def recomment I Need Trip & Bhavay to my friends & will look forward to deal with them for my future bookings.
