It was good...But there was almost 3 hours waiting for sea plane ..By the time we reached hotel it was 8.30 in the night...second observation was when we book hotel booking we had submitted our passports ..my daughter passport was getting expired in Sept 2019,which was less than 6 months...you should have checked these details meticulously..as I came to know only 4 days before traveling and was tensed and some how got passport re issued that we had to travel 500km to attend the passport appointment as we couldn't get appointment in Bangalore..So it caused lot of tension in the last minute..so you should have checked all these details as we had booked 4 months back..had u informed this from ur side that time itself we would have got our passports re issued without any last minute hasseles..Pls take care in future for all ur customer these things... Scuba diving

I would suggest to provide a document explaining the process about the pick up for sightseeing. it's really difficult in country where people hardly knows English. Also I haven't told about the different categories of iternary like Gold, Silver for phi phi island tour. Overall experience is good. phi phi island tour.

We had a great trip at Mauritius. Sensimar lagoon is a wonderful resort. They made all arrangements to make our honeymoon memorable.

Overall great experience and all the services and coordination are pretty good. However, since me and my wife both are vegetarian but the hotels have very less vegetarian options available such as our hotel was not serving south Indian food however many other hotels were serving in the same location. Walking street and beach Pattaya are the best memories that I will always cherish. And of course how one can forget the famous foot massage. It's so relaxing.

1)Should consult with hotels for indian vegetarian food 2)Very less time given in ile aux cerfs.Driver was asking to do all the activities quickly Beaches,water activities

Hi.We travelled to Paris and Switzerland from 23April to 29th April 2019.Here is my review of the tour- Day 1 We took our flight from Mumbai at 00:55AM Lufthansa.Very comfortable .We reached Munich at 6:15 am with our connecting flight to Paris at 6:45 am. We were lucky to make the transfers on time but our baggage wasn't!! Arriving at Paris we found out that we won't be getting the luggage till late evening. Never the less we travelled via a private taxi to our hotel. Touch down at Paris was 8:30am and we came out by 9:05am clearing immigration checks. Still taxi driver kept on asking for 15 Euro extra for waiting.Now it is tour planners responsibility to arrange for taxi keeping in mind the time required to clear all formalities at airport and also to book connecting flights so that we get our luggage on time. Now on reaching the hotel at 10 am we were informed that our check in is at 2pm. If our check in is not possible before 2pm then why the hurry in connecting flights??!! So we in our same clothes wandered off and checked in at 2pm. Evening city tour was worst.No coordination at all.Cruise was superb and also Eiffel tower visit.But here too initially we had booked to go to the top of tower but were advised to take evening city tour..Pathetic!! The day ended and we received our baggage at 11pm! Our entire day from 10am to 6pm was wasted doing nothing!! Day 2 We visited Disney Land Paris which was a lot fun.No problems at all. We were informed of city tourist tax of 2.5euro/person/day.We paid it .But a prior information about it would be useful. Day 3 We started our journey to Interlaken.Superb journey by Euro rail.WE NEED TO VALIDIATE SWISS PASS.I had enquired twice but wasn't told about it. Boat rides in evening are till 2pm at Interlaken. A detailed itenery is available for boat rides.We were not told about it.It should have been provided. Day4 Mt jangfrau Voucher require print. We spent 10euro just for not having a print out.Rest of the trip was wonderful .We did paraglyding that evening which was fun. Just one suggestion is all vouchers should be provided before the trip starts and not on the same day!! Day5 We travelled to zurich today .Trains and bus are exceptional well on time. In evening we went to Rhine falls. Excellent! Time table for boat rides should be provided well before time again!!We would have missed that also had We not left early morning. Day6 Today was our trip to My Titlis.Superb trip. Day 7 No transport to airport provided.But mentioned in itinerary. Before trip very polite behaviour. During and after trip irresponsible 1.Trip to Disney Land 2.Jangfrau tour 3.Paragliding at Interlaken 4.Mt Titlis tour

It was a good trip. Thanks to Atiksha from I need trip & subecha from TT for all the plans & arrangement. But everything was not as expected. Few points as below were the unhappiness area. 1. The driver who picked us from our Phuket hotel to pier for James Bond Island was very rude & in-coperative. 2. Again I had requested for room near to beach in Bay view resort, which I didn't get. Rest it was wonderful trip for me & my wife. Every query was well adressed by I need trip(Atiksha) & arrangements were fine to have a safe trip. Thanks Ashish

Kampeong villa is having very limited access for food. They can improve more by provided options in breakfast etc... Villa Swimming pool privacy Beach resort Car driver - Karjarya - Very good driver and lot of patience Silver n gold shopping Wood crafting
