Overall the trip was amazing. Timely pickup and drop The hotel stay was also comfortable. Good job to turning point, I need trip! Appreciate the service. However last day desert Safari because of driver's negligence my mother had a hit by quad bike and she faced injuries on her leg and the driver was least bothered. I have communicated same with turning point agent Sanjana

I have taken 5 D 4N trip to Dubai from Travel Triangle It was an ok experience . Till the time you pay they will call you multiple times,but once payment is done you need to chase them for everything Ex: I did not know that the visa would take 3-4 days time to process so i called them and asked and they informed abt the same All such things should be told before or once you book the trip Most of the time cabs were half an hour late ,no punctuality and good thing i have international roaming so I was able to follow up There is major lack of coordination as I already purchased travel insurance from TT and til last day of my trip they were chasing me to buy one They were not aware that i have purchased the same as there agent have not updated in my itinerary They lack professionalism ,however there is high scope of improvement I personally feel that you can plan Dubai trip on your own and do not need to purchase from them.

Hotel booking in Woraburi Sukhumvit was my worst experience ever... Tha quality of room was below average as the room was small low lighting no sunlight in room... And main thing never book this hotel if you are going bangkok with family because it is just near to Nana Plaza as this place is not at all good for family and the hotel staff was also not coperative at all. The hotel and transportation in pattaya was awsome. The trip was memorable

The travel arrangements were very well managed by Travel triangle and I need trips.It was my second trip with TT . I had booked my honeymoon to Bali and Singapore with them too. Special mention for Mr Parth from I need trips.He guided very well in regards to arrangements and general know how about the places we visited.He was always availble and attended to any issues or queries which we had during our trip.I am satisfied with the service from TT.Initially though I had to push TT for more qoutes as second time expeerience was not going as expected .There after it was smooth sailing, Over all great Thailand trip.Keep up the good work

trip was good and thanks for nupur and team for helping on time... scheduled pickup time was excellent but had an issue in Singapore hotel - i.e. water was not good .

I have booked a trip to Thailand (5 D/4N) package through I need Trip travels for 37.5k for a group of 3 Members. I got another quote which is below the price but I have opted for this Travel Agent as the communication and response was good from their side. I am very satisfied with the trip. With the low budget they planned really well. I can't ask for more for my limited budget. The drivers were very professional and were very punctual. They will arrive 15 mins before the mentioned time. I am giving 4.5 stars out of 5, because the Hotel at Patayya is far from other places. We rarely find any travel options to this place. Otherwise I'll give 5 out of 5. Thanks I Need trip travels for making our trip memorable. I'll definitely recommend to my friends and relatives.
