Had a wonderful experience. We were lucky enough to find a good travel agent through Travel Triangle, and it is all thanks to him that the trip was a fun filled success. My thanks to Mr. Akash for all his help, he ensured that the trip met each and every one of our requirements. We went with this travel agency only because of the assurance given by Mr.Akash. Mr Satinder was helpful with the Visa processing too. The trip in itself.

I had a great trip...it was well organized by I need trip.

I will start from bookings that is before trip started, everything was good Atiksha helped on each of my queries and concerns. On the day trip started a WhatsApp group was created and an executive from I Need Trip side was assigned to assist in any of the concerns. However, that guy Bhavya was least interested in answering any queries. Till the time Travel triangle people takes follow up with him twice thrice he didn't intend to answer. Although, Travel triangle people was quick in following up. Hotel, I booked in Krabi was quite good in every aspect and we enjoyed a lot in Krabi. Now, the ferry provided from Krabi to Phuket was utterly pathetic, tidy, no AC, suffocating. At the time of booking it was called mini cruise. If travel through road, would have saved our time and day. That day wasted and each day wasted in your foreign trip has cost. We reached Phuket hotel Seaview Patong. They asked 3000 bhat as security deposit which was not informed at the time of booking. Anyways I paid that as it was refundable when you check out. Room they gave at first was in somewhere in the last corner of this world where no-one was staying nearby and wooden window slits were damaged and anyone can see to your bedroom if light is on. On our request they chani, but a room without balcony as other rooms were deluxe. Very disappointed with hotel booking in Phuket. Room service was also not that great, they used to forget towels to give and sometimes to pick used towels. Phi Phi Island tour was good and we enjoyed. But, I went there that they will take us to Phi Phi Seaview point from where you can see two different colour water. That didn't happen. Last day, when we had to get up at 8 am for Half day Phuket city tour. We already informed on WhatsApp group that we are tired and will be difficult to get up again so early as we had flight next day at 8.25 am for which again we had to get up at 3.30 am. Now, disappointment is when driver comes at 10.20 am to pick you for City tour. To my surprise I checked bookings and 8 am was mentioned. Since I requested for date change City tour, I checked old booking and it says 10 am. I was offered similar budget by Yatra.com and I preferred to go with Travel triangle, which I won't do again as entire detaitare not provided in itenary. You have to rely on bookings. Best was Krabi Islands stay and Big Boat trip to Phi Phi Islands.

Better services provided by Travel triangle, one thing i didn't like is In pattaya Noongnooch we got only 1.5hr to come out, which will take half day to visit everything inside of it.

we are completely satisfied with the arrangements done by our travel agent ( Parth Gupta ) from I need trips. Everything was perfect hotels , hotel location , cabs scheduling . we will definitely choose him as our agent for our next upcoming trip. whole trip was memorable for us.

We had the entire Thailand trip customized per our needs by I Need Trip, follow up was good prior to and after the booking. Everything was good, except the time of few of the cabs that they had booked, couple of sightseeing SIC transfers were delayed without any intimation. Towards the end of the trip, the trip coordinator stopped picking up calls, there wasn't much support provided by them whenever we needed them. 1. SIC cab was delayed by 90 mins one day without intimation. 2. Private cab to Airport from Krabi was booked at 7am for a 11 am domestic flight, leaving us no room for breakfast as resort breakfast opened at 7. 3. Private cab from DMK airport to our hotel was booked 3 hours after our arrival, for God knows what joy Please double check the cab vouchers and rework with these people if you do choose them; also *DO NOT* rely on the trip coordinator, they rarely care once you are on the trip.

Dear team, We completed our trip yesterday.the arrangements were super and we loved the experience with travel triangle. But,we request to stop allocating Noppharat resort to any further visitors.The place is completely isolated with less number of tenants with No room service.The rooms lacked basic amenities like a coffee heater,water heater and the AC took toooo long to cool. We had very bad experience when we were not allowed to cook Maggie in the kitchen. We were completely exhausted and had requested for warm water or if we can use the kitchen at 7pm.We were denied the same and so had to move out in search of dinner. Also, due to songkran festival se were caught in traffic and we couldn't check out at the stipulated time.The housekeeping cleaned our rooms,packed our luggage and placed it at reception.Also we were not allowed to check our room once to find if anything was left. We had bought 4 water bottles and kept it in fridge so we could carry the same,each costing 20TBH. the housekeeping disposed the bottles in dustbin and asked us to buy the same from them.We were soooooo frustrated by this unkind and arrogant behavior their.We did not deserve this treatment.We hated our stay and would request you to discontinue your service to retain your name and reputation. Rest,thanks for everything.looking forward for more trips
