kampoeng villa was outside the happening Seminyak area. Considering it claims to be 5 star, it had very limited breakfast options. AC wasn't working as good. (Although the staff tried their best). staff was cordial although throughout. Sheraton Kuta was good. The candle light dinner provided by agent was below average. who arranges for veg dinner in a typical Indonesian beach side grilled seafood shack? The agent should have asked our food preferences. in Indian food, paneer,dal n mix veg were provided. All were bad, really bad. Rest, the trip was well co-ordinated. Driver was very silent types from whom we couldn't get much inputs/suggestions. The above are improvement areas for the travel agent. Overall we had a nice memorable trip. Padang Padang beach, Uluwatu cliff, Ubud was really nice.

Amazing place Water life

We enjoyed the trip and thanks to Akansha and Yatin for their help..We constantly poked them with regard to tickets, vouchers but they didn't lose their temper rather they were very cooperative. I thank entire Travek triangle team for making our journey smooth and hassle free. Regards Akash and Madhumita Lovely ambiance of Radisson Blu and their cake on our wedding anniversary.

All in all it was a fabulous trip with some issues. Some of them were A) the romantic dinner arranged was not at all romantic. I mean the arrangement was not good, I’m sorry to say that. B) the meals were not specified in the flights. Because of that from bali to Kuala Lumpur and back we didn’t get our meals. We remained hungry. Other than that it was a lovely and well prepared trip. We enjoyed a lot. The hotels were nice and the staff was friendly in both the hotels. The time we spent in hotels was really good.

It was a great experience and well planned by travel agent. Special thanks to Vanshaj for accommodating the necessary changes in itinerary. Everything was well coordinated in Dubai and we don't have to chase anyone. Thanks making the trip memorising.. Abu Dhabi tour and Bollywood park was amazing, must visit attraction...

A good overall trip with mixed experiences. Good Shashank, our agent buddy, was very responsive and heard out all the combinations to prepare a well tailored plan as per our satisfaction. The advise to have hotel accommodations at proximity of railway terminus was quite useful as we were not required to walk/catch a cab for long distance with heavy luggage The sight seeing packages were well crafted with ample time for us to explore the place Bad The other staff of the agency were not pro-active. I had to chase for several issues like payment cycles not reflecting correct amount, taxi pickup from Rome airport not coordinated effectively. In nutshell, though they being professionals in the industry, I would recommend to have your pitch work prepared and then approach for tailoring the plan and negotiating the options.
